Incredible food. Every single thing was delicious, fresh and 100% homemade. We had a big group and coordinated a pre-fix menu. It was so easy to do. We were well taken care of by all the staff and the chef. Highly recommend.

Fully sustainable does work. The menu rotates on a weekly basis depending on what is available from the arizona farms. We went for a closed door chef led event and absolutely loved each well planned and executed dish. The scallops are flown in daily, the beef is from an az ranch and is dry aged a minimum of 90 days. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great atmosphere, awesome service and incredible food.

Made a reservation for 7pm. Which was not honored and we were blatantly refused service.
We attempted to go in earlier around 5 because it didn’t look busy. Before bringing up that we already made a reservation the host tried to tell us to come back another day because they were very busy even though there were open tables, but as soon I brought up we actually had a reservation, oh all of a sudden they had an opening for us.
We came back at 7pm and they made us stand and wait for 20 minutes even though the same booth in the middle of the restaurant was still empty.
The employees are teenagers who are not helpful or professional and simply ignored us and didn’t even give us any sort of update on what is taking so long. We just stood there awkwardly and we eventually walked out because they were making it very clear we are not welcome there.
After walking out, I came back in to use the bathroom and the host told us our table was ready. Oh all of sudden after we already walked out.
This place is only for a certain kind of demographic of people if you know what I mean.
Looking at my name you can probably guess what ethnicity I am.
Do better.

Made a 7:15 reservation a week in advance. Showed up on time, live music was great, vibes were perfect. Then we were told to wait… for 20 minutes… while an open table sat empty in the middle of the room. Finally got seated—at the bar, in the back, away from everything—despite those seats being open the whole time. Asked to move and ended up exactly where we thought we’d be in the first place.
Staff (all seemed like high schoolers) were friendly but completely dismissive and aloof. Service was odd—server cleared plates but left silverware, no background music after the live guitarist stopped, so we sat in awkward silence for 30 minutes listening to clinking forks.
Sunday special was forgettable, dry-aged steak was mid at best.
Farm-to-table concept is great in theory, but execution and hospitality matter. Only the chef seemed to care. Wouldn’t go back.

Seriously one of the best if not THE best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Sat at the bar and chatted with the chef/owner while eating food that was so good that I thought I was dreaming. Great drinks too! Super friendly and accommodating staff and very unique spot. Give it a shot! You won’t regret it

Our first time, but won’t be our last. The concept is great and I love being able to support local when I can. Everything we ate was delicious and you could tell how much heart is put into the menu and the meal

Amazing locally owned restaurant with locally sourced food. Cooks really know what they are doing. All of the dishes were great. The mussels were probably the best I've had.

For a meal that was hundreds of dollars the food left you wanting a lot more. Can definitely tell the quality of ingredients is there. The portion size was great. Had a lot of right elements but the flavors are a hodgepodge of fumbling notes dancing to different songs stepping on each other’s toes. Really wanted to love this place because of the concept.
But it really fell flat in execution.

Sad that disorganized and dismissive staff ruin the vibe. The seating is ridiculous. They have a sit-down menu with mostly bar type seating. Im always looking for restaurants with clean quality ingredients (which this one does) but something felt off about this place.

Incredible food and drinks. You can tell the love that has been poured into every detail in this place.
Prices, portions (as it relates to calling items sharable) and steak (so chewy it was not edible that all 4 of us spit back into napkin) were all terrible.

Today, at the end of July, was not the time to experience this restaurant. The food was amazing, but the main dining room was easily 85 degrees. The back bar area and bathroom were the only semi cool places in there. It made it hard to enjoy the food. I had a personal handheld fan, and it was barely keeping the table going to move air. The open kitchen concept is delightful but requires insulation of the oven piping. We could not wait to leave due to the heat and wanted to stay because the drinks were amazing, but it was just too hot to stay and relax.

We sat at the bar and had an amazing time. Lots of pungent exciting flavors, well cooked and local ingredients. Will be back.
Pictured are the steak & potatoes, melon salad, escargot and peaches n cream dessert menu changes weekly.

Unfortunately not very good. The concept is great (farm to table from Arizona suppliers) and the menu is interesting and eclectic, but none of the dishes we ordered were good. We were there on a Friday night at 7:30pm and it was empty with two people at the bar and another table for two leaving.
We ordered a Cesar salad (which was comically large and you had to cut with a knife), a spinach chicken dip (which was good but like most spinach dips), the Turkish lunch (very average falafel and sides), the steak and potatoes (there was not a lot of steak on the plate and you could really taste the charcoal or whatever it was on the steak and several potatoes were too crisped), and the Iberian pork (which was good but again very small portion of pork and then a lot else on the plate which was not very tasty).
