The front counter help was great. The food was average at best but with the pricing for cheap pizza I did expect a little better quality.

Very crowded but the kids had a great time. Now that they have the play area the kids spent all their time in there, its roped off and they have a worker watching making sure the kuds rhat go in there have a braclet on so the adults can actually relax and watch the kids from there table. The deal that we got was $25 and it came with 50 games on a card the kids only used up 25 this time

Do NOT spend your money on the wings! They were so tiny, I have never seen wings that small. Waste of money…

I hosted a birthday party here two weeks ago and was very disappointed. It was extremely hot, making it uncomfortable for me, my family, and our guests. We were sweating and fanning ourselves the entire time, which took away from what should have been a fun celebration.

What was especially frustrating is that I received a confirmation call just days before. If the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, I should have been informed so I could make other arrangements.

This was my first time hosting a party at Peter Piper, and unfortunately it left a poor impression. I also emailed their feedback address afterward and never received a response, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Fun place for kids birthday parties. Many of the parlor games weren't working or were broken. Pizza is Ok.....lots of space. Kids play area great for smaller kids.....good for larger kid gatherings.

Staff is rude, the cashier “Emmanuel”
wouldn’t let me finish ordering, cut me off multiple times. I ended up just canceling my order instead. I would recommend a different Peter Piper location. Last time I come here.

Popped in during a trip to Phoenix for my son's appt. They had the lunch buffet going. Staff is rude. All the food was gone. I kept asking if they were putting more food out and they said when they get a chance.

Tried asking for breadsticks that had been gone for almost 25 minutes and had an employee put his finger up to his mouth as if telling me to be quiet.

We have plenty of PPP in Tucson. I understand its not fine dining. It's not a 4 start restaurant. It's a kids place with pizza and games. But the people on shift today had no business being there.
