Had a party on 12.14.24 our service was bad from thr manager she was trying to charge me more then what I had ordered she was refusing to give me my order and said we got the pizzas when our host did not bring them out. Over all she did not want to do her job gave the pizzas to some other table we finally got the order right when our guest were leaving so unprofessional. Our host even told her she did not give us our order which we had to wait another 30 mins to an hour. Ugh I suggest if you have a party here hopefully the manager we had that night is not there.
And of course no response to the email I send to that was left on the review that they told me to replied to smh

Ordered 2 personal pizzas for the kids. Took them over 40 minutes to get the order out. The restaurant was not busy. It was my family and another family so a total of 7 guests in the restaurant.

The Pizza is always good the salad had more lettuce then tomato & cucumber for $8.99 it could of had more tomato with cucumber. The atmosphere was very dirty the soda dispensary, tables, floors, bathroom. I couldn't find a clean table that I had to go back to my car to get clorox wipes to clean our table. The young lady that took our order was very sweet and friendly.

Hello, we had a birthday party for my grandson there on 09/282024. The experience was really subpar. The restaurant was very busy, however also very dirty. The soda machine was out of co2 and it took a while for them to fix it. Little to no ice. The pizza was just ok, not the good peter piper pizza we are use to.Between my daughter and I we paid overt $300 dollars for this party, with low quality pizza and drinks. I know things happen but for a busy Saturday and later evening party we were not happy. We also waited at the register for a good 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us and still had to wait for our "host"

I came in to get an order and I couldn’t get the attention of the thin black blonde girl working bc she was visibly sitting on her phone. Once I did get her attention she said “what?” And I told her about my order, she dropped it on the table and didn’t say a single word to me. She went back to being on her phone. This is ridiculously bad service. If any manager cares about this it was 7/30/2024 around 6:40 PM.

I've been going to Peter Pipers since I was a kid in the 80s. So many memories of playing the boxed arcades and eating simple pizza. Although it's changed, and our kids are adults, just the wife and I go to watch all the happiness going on in PPP.

The service was terrible, I don't know what happened but the kids, 3 guys and a girl who were in charge of the store, didn't have the slightest idea of what they were doing. July 3, 2024 at 7 pm it took them an hour to deliver the boneless in our package and that's because we went several times to ask for it and the breads were never delivered to us. We ordered a family package number 3 and only the 2 pizzas were delivered to us, which by the way we went for them because they never told us that the boneless ones were ready for an hour!! Afterwards, and that's because we asked 3 times and the bread wasn't available, but we were so tired and hungry that we decided it was better to leave.
