If you're from Phoenix then you can confirm that the pizza here is delicious 😋 😜 👌🏼 idk what's up with the bread sticks and wings though? Or if it really is because of the service 🙄 the last two times we have come to eat the employee or manager I don't recall the name but was and has been really rude snatching the alarm button from my had and throwing it to the pile! Bread sticks thrown in the box deformed or all cut up wrong hardly and garlic butter on it. Never hands me my receipts ( walked away ) without ending the transaction like giving me the receipt in my hand or the cups nothing! Why ??? Idk but other than that love the new jump area. Still recommend the pizza 🍕 👌🏼 😋 👍🏻 😍 love it here since I was a little girl. Love bring my kids here but they really need to do something about the current customer service!!!

We order a large pizza and some chicken wings. And I couldn't believe it.The size of the chicken wings and the pizza wasn't even cooked all the way..
Super aggravating having to pay for each kid to play! We are already paying for the pizza and games it is not okay for a family place to charge to play in a jungle Jim. Especially when they close it so no kid goes in it the whole time being there and refusing to refund our money.

This is the first time they denied me. I wasn’t informed I had to have the app. So I paid for nothing? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they don’t offer any other way, just straight no. SOMEONE EXPLAIN??
