I ordered pizza via phone, expecting 15-20 min wait. However when I arrived, I had to wait 50 minutes before they could tell me they "lost" my pizza. Manager was no help didn't offer anything even though it was their inconvenience. If it had no stars I would rate no stars. Save your time don't come here!

We love this location. The staff work really hard to make sure the food is the best quality. They take a lot of pride in their product. The evening staff all deserve a raise 11/01/2024 we came here 9pm. Thanks for a great experience guys, keep up the good work 💪🏾💯

The food was great. The service from Emanuel was great! However, the atmosphere and the service from the manager not great at all. The way he was belittling the employee working and giving him attitude for needing his assistance. The fact that he made a customer wait to get change and then huffed and puffed at the employee for needing change is WILD to me. To the point he ugly glared at him in front of me rolled his eyes and very rudely told him he didnt know how to do his job. Thats not okay Peter Piper Pizza, you shouldn't have management like that. The type that treats employees poorly.

The pizza was piping hot and delicious. Everything else, was a lot less desirable. The tables and trash bins where filthy. It appears that the manager and everyone else was too busy to clean up the place. Would have been better if we took our pizza home. When my niece wanted to get something from the prize case he was too busy doing nothing to help her and told us to wait until the girl at the carrousel was finished so she could come help us. Anyway if you’re picking up would recommend, not for dine in.

Had low expectations coming here for a school fundraiser but the kitchen staff killed it today. There was a minor mess up on my order and they fixed it no questions. Food was also good and very fast.

I’ve had more than one encounter There is always something missing with my order be sure to double check especially when taking out, also ordered through Uber and of course the extra sauce packets I paid for were missing. Be prepared to be served by Unprofessionals, I suggest you go to the next location.

Me and about 3 families have been wating for a pizza for over an hr. Theres two kids running the kitchen and are giving priority to take out and doordash orders. Make sure you are NOT hungry next time you come

Horrible customer service from start to finish. My family took my niece here for her 4th bday and it seemed as staff was so bothered by any requests we made. Spent over $300 to be treated like trash. Then they refused to give names and number to GM. Please save your money and go somewhere else.
