They keep forgetting my stuff every time I order from here. I’ll stick to the Tempe location. I ordered a personal pizza, breadsticks, a salad, and a drink. I received everything but my breadsticks.
On top of forgetting my breadsticks today, they went way over the ready time which was at 3:52pm. It was 4:12p when they finished. They made it even better by putting butter and Parmesan. I’ll post my picture of my receipt that specifies that I do not want either of those ingredients.
I walked out as soon as the worker confirmed he did in fact place those ingredients on my breadsticks. Terrible customer service altogether. Last time they forgot my marinara sauce but I got my breadsticks? I don’t get it. Spending too much time talking instead of paying attention to them tickets.

The fact that hard working families pay so much everytime they visit for food and games and now they want to charge $12 a kid to play on the new playground is BS! Our family spends no less than $100 everytime we go. There should not be a price to play on the playground. Peter piper makes more than enough. Also, the play cards, the fact that you can only pause it once too is BS, those things are not cheap. I had to sit there and watch my son pout as we waited for pizzas to be done to go because we were not going to pay $12 for him to play for a few minutes. Even though our pizza went past 20 minutes past our ready time.

Found out from a friend that they removed the carousel I called and was informed that there putting in a new play area hope it's suitable for a 1yr or I'll be canceling my baby's party next month because there's nothing for smaller kids to do there

Don't order for delivery last time I didn't get my ranch peppers cheese or plates . 2nd time it took over an hour for a undercooked pizza with no cheese peppers or plates not worth the $35.00 . I will never use the south central ppp I'm done you lost a customer.
Changing my review hoping that someone will see it and fix the problem. Picked up pizza on Sat March 15th, 2025. 330pm. Spent 50$ Well my pizza were burnt and crust was hard. So disappointing for PPP. I love this place but my think about my next purchase here on S central

Lots of fun! This was a fundraiser for St Catherine school. The food was actually good! Service was great and the video game cards made it affordable to play tons of video games. I think I had more fun than the kids did! It was loud but not too bad. I recommend

Update 02/25/2025 yes absolutely the worst peter piper Ive ever experienced DO NOT GO HERE......LAZY, UTTERLY INCOMPETENT STORE, THE STAFF AND THE MANAGERS ARE HORRIBLE.....This store is the worst, The manager does not know how to do their job , the staff is snobby and rude! Never eat here!

I love the new staff they are super friendly and fast. I use to have issues with how the pizza came out sometimes but now it’s been consistently good I love that and appreciate the effort to make every pizza as fresh as possible
