The host at the register was more focused and preoccupied with someone or something else that we had to repeat our order and what we are saying about 3-4 times each time. The employees seemed miserable and the area wasn't as presentable or welcoming especially with the extremely limited arcade options for kids. The only thing that saved this visit from being a bad experience was the quality of the food. The food was delicious and was the highlight of the visit. As it should have been.

DEAD FLIES IN THE FOOD!!! I’ve been going to this location since I was a little girl and it saddens me to say it’s NOT how it used to be. We got our pizza before any appetizers came out, we ordered salad, wings, and fried zucchini. We ask the only man in the front what’s taking so long with the rest of our food and he literally tells us “I don’t know, i don’t know where the cook is, he’s somewhere in the back” by the time our APPETIZERS came out we were already done with the pizza. I go to dig into my salad and see a FLY FIGHTING FOR ITS LIFE. How a fly got into my CLOSED salad I don’t know , but I was disgusted. I nicely asked if we could be refunded for the food bc everything was cold and just the overall experience was horrible. The same worker, who just told me he didn’t know where his cook was and didn’t know how long it’ll take for our appetizers to come out, told me there was nothing he can do about my horrible experience & he can’t refund my $150 because they were “understaffed”… how does that have anything to do with me getting refunded my $150? … I don’t know. Overall bad experience at this location & I don’t think I will be returning being that nothing was done to reimburse me and my family after spending $150 on horrible food and horrible service.

Food is good. Place needs a lot more housekeeping. For as old as that place is you get what it is for the location.I've returned today 1/12/2024 @ 630p manage Mike took really good care of me.So nice to see and receive good service.I totally appreciate it Mike!!!
