Peter Piper Pizza

This experience occurred on November 22, 2025, and I intentionally waited before posting this review.
We paid nearly $800 for a hosted birthday party, expecting the organized, hands-on service that is advertised. Instead, the party felt rushed from the start, with staff behaving as if cleanup began well before our scheduled end time.
The assigned host was largely absent after dropping off food. There was no assistance with drinks, coordinating the kids, managing the cake, or handling games. We ended up doing the hosting ourselves, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a hosted package.
Food service was unacceptable. Items were late and incomplete, with the final pizzas and wings not arriving until around the end of the party, forcing us to box food ourselves. At one point I even had to gather the platters to prove we were missing items. Important birthday moments were missed, including the Piper Blaster, and the cake moment felt rushed and disorganized.
To make matters worse, the host was overheard speaking negatively about us to coworkers, which is extremely unprofessional.
I completed the corporate survey immediately after the event and chose to allow time for corporate or management to respond in good faith. Weeks passed with no acknowledgment, no follow-up, and no attempt at resolution. This review is being posted only after giving the company every reasonable opportunity to address the issue privately.
This was not our first party here, which makes the lack of accountability even more disappointing. For the amount charged, this experience was unacceptable. Until management and corporate take responsibility and follow through with guests, I cannot recommend booking a party here.

I like this place the pizza is good and the cheese too thanks jb sutton and Peter piper pizza bringing me Joy and fun and games love the halo game lolz the playpark is fun and amazing i got my friend Luis here the game were good SHOOTING ZOMBIES TOO Boi so cool i love it love matthew. I would come back again 10 / 10 love it

I don't know why I paid 10 dollars for the play Zone when all these random kids are in there without no wristbands or socks that were included with the purchase.. The employees were just standing around not doing anything, my $10 should have been reimbursed !!!!!

Here i am another review again, I'm disappointed really, I didn't know I can be this angry at peter piper. I hate complaining but everyone has to know that the menu you see online is bogus. They won't sell you what's on the online menu when you get to the location. They say it's only when you order ONLINE!!!!!! IM NOT STEALING IM PAYING ANYWAY. clearly they don't care about business if they can't sell you what's online in person.

I have read everyone's reviews and I'm am shocked. I have been to this location multiple times a week with no issue. Well besides it being so warm inside but that isn't as bad as a lot of rude customers that expect instant service. I see every employee working their butt off, whether its cleaning or taking orders. This place is by far the best Peter Piper Pizza! I have been to every single one in Phoenix. This location is always working hard, and doing their best. I wish people would understand that they have orders and list to complete on top of having to deal with mean customers. Keep up the good work guys! I know it's not easy but you guys get the job done!

Brought my son and my kid's mom for the lunch buffet not much variety of pizza The piece of makers were slow that wasn't nothing really up there had to wait a long time to get some pizza and they have a new play park but you got actually paid My son is autistic he doesn't understand why he can't play I think that DS it should be free people are spending it up with their hard earned money here as it is with all the other games and trying to get prizes for their kids they should at least be able to throw that in for free the kids want to go run and jump around
