I recently visited the Peter Piper Pizza location on Metro Parkway in Phoenix with my family. The food was very good, and we enjoyed the taste and freshness of what was served. However, there were several areas of concern that affected our overall experience.
The dining area could use more consistent cleaning. Many tables needed attention, and the floor around the fountain drink station was noticeably sticky, which created an unpleasant and unsafe environment.
In addition, a large number of arcade games were not functioning properly. Several machines were down, and multiple games accepted our money or credits without working, leaving us paying for games we couldn’t play. Some of the team-based driving games—typically a fun activity for families—were also out of service, which was disappointing.
With improvements to cleanliness and better maintenance of the arcade equipment, this location could provide a much stronger guest experience. The food remains a highlight, but addressing these issues would make visits far more enjoyable for families like mine.

We were attending a fundraiser for my child School or else I probably would not have attended this location.I stopped coming to this location because their games are always broken and they're not identified as out of order so you end up wasting your points or time on the game for it not to work. The associates have no interest in labeling the games out of order. I talked to an associate about three different games he said he would get his manager no manager ever came out so we lost points on those three games. The food was alright it's not as good as it used to be. Several of the benches are torn and it puzzles me why they haven't made a move to repair anything even though they're still in business and making money. It seems like some of the money that went on the knockoff jump park should have been used to tidy up the restaurant and fix games or even bring in something new. There aren't really deals anymore unless you are buying multiple pizzas.

So today we were enjoying our time eating and playing with the kids for a fundraiser. When we were about to leave we realized the employees had thrown out our food! And almost whole pizza and wings that we had just purchased!! We couldn't believe it!!! So disappointed in the people working this night! Smh. That is unbelievable.

I went to this Peter Piper location with my boyfriend around almost 8:20pm the other night. I had seen on Google this location posts it closes at 10pm, not accurate. After waiting almost 20mins, we sat down to eat and my boyfriend notices our cheese pizza was completely missing cheese on half of it. What! We were one of the only people in the establishment at that time, no rush or anything. He asked for it to be remade, but by the time we walked to and from our table they claimed the ovens were already off. I've worked fast food and this is not acceptable until after close. If this location posts close at 9 instead of 10, we wouldn't have bothered dining. Our refund was issued, but we were out of a pizza when thats what was preferred. Not the best location, and bad communication.
