Michael makes the experience but the whole place, food, and staff are awesome. We've gone here for years and the food is always good; it is my favorite pizza place due to consistently good food. The dessert pizza and the NY 3 cheese are our favorite. But seriously, never had a bad meal.

Fantastic service on 12/18/24! My girlfriend and I came in late and had an amazing experience. I can’t recall his name, but it started with an "M," and he was wearing a Santa hat. He provided exceptional service and was incredibly friendly!

The person who serves you at the counter is rude, with a terrible service attitude. I ordered my takeout online more than half an hour ago and it's not ready. And they serve you as if they were doing you a favor. Disgusting service.

Service was horrible. We ordered online and our order was paid for but never taken. Then they forgot to make my order. Then they said pizza is done but my other half of the order was forgot. So i got cold pizza and wated over 1 hour and 25 minutes for my order ahead. The young man behind the counter was lazy and was not helping much. The young woman at the register was working her behind off and deserves a promotion. Lot of aick coughing kids. Love the pizza, HATE the way I was treated. I will now just go to Pizza across the street.
We ordered an hour ago online, show up waited in line another 15 minutes, only to find out they hadn't even put it in the oven yet and it would "be another hour". I understand it's Halloween night and all but literally 2 hours for two pizzas is a bit much no?

We had never been here before for their $10 lunch buffet so my daughter and I decided to give it a try. We had to wait several minutes to pay as we made the mistake of going during kids fall break from school and they certainly seemed to be shorthanded. But the staff was getting it done. Especially the manager. She was seriously hustling. And I told her so and that we really appreciated it. As for the food, it is what it is for a $10 buffet. Not bad, not spectacular. Especially since they were so busy and no sooner would they get fresh food out and it was gone again. But the staff was nice and accommodating. We will go back again when school.is in session. As for the staff...A+ all the way, especially the manager.
