This by far the worst experience I've ever had here I spent $200 for rigged games and games that don't work and cards don't work the manager is rude ive been to this one so many times and never experienced this and then the prize booth said they aren't taking the willy Wonka cards and that game only put out one token for the rapid push and had to scan my card one token at a time it's was a horrible experience will not be returning

Customer service is hit or miss. But I give grace because they can be busy. Dealing with chaos can be exhausting and they are not staffed at capacity it appears. But my review is about the fact they cater to children especially children with special needs. My child saw a bunch of balloons due to birthday celebrations and triggered a breakdown. I asked to purchase a balloon. The cashier went to check as she saw my child had special needs, her manager told her balloons are only for birthday packages. A place that has kid activities gave push back for a single balloon. I was going to pay for it but to deny something so small is actually ridiculous.

Peter piper pizza is and has been my favorite place for the best pizza I have ever had really but today peter piper disappointed i came to the buffet and all the food was just a mess very dry and not very hardy as I would say or satisfying really idk peter piper a bit disappointed I would say may be its better next time

We ordered pizza to be picked up a little later than the time we were ordering. Went to pick it up 5 minutes before the time we asked for it to be ready and it had clearly been ready for over an hour. It was terrible, cold, and way over sauced. Very disappointing.

Sadly a lot of incompetence by the party provider on Saturday(9/13/2025). Wrong food prepared in near total(didn't even prepare specific requests). He was lucky to even get a financial tip. Been there @this location many times. Yet this past Saturdays experience may lead us to look elsewhere in the future to provide party foods/games for our large family members & friends. The little bit of food that was delivered properly was surprisingly good though(tasty) = the only reason for the 4 star rating

We came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. She usually loves the games and spends hours playing. So I wasn't even thinking it was an issue when I purchased the longest amount of funpass you can buy. Well it led to disappointment because majority of the games was broken. Such a waste of my money and so sad that management didn't make sure that on Labor Day weekend they would be up and running. It will be quite awhile before I come back.

I wanted to say that Michael was very helpful with helping us find seating atter a party was leaving. He always made sure to ask if we needed anything especially if he saw us at the counter. He was handling multiple tasks making sure things were running smoothly. The food came out pretty quickly nice and hot. It was a little packed but this is a smaller location and was a saturday so it is 100% understandable. There were games that I noticed that were not working but we were still able to play games.
