Customer Service.. Hello. We were at your Buckeye location today. We placed our order, and pull to the window. We had mentioned to the lady at the window. That on our last time here, we paid extra for the 2oz cup. That we didn't get. She said sorry, and I will get the manager. No manager came to the window to speak with me.
A few mins later, a guy hands your our order then just closes that window real fast. After a min went by, he reopened the window. I mentioned to him again, and he said that there is a charge for them. I told him the same thing, we never got what we paid for the last time we were there. He just didn't care. That's sad!!
It seems like the staff at this location, is not about customer service! This is why companies go under!

The fish is literally a fish stick/patty nothing out of the ordinary. It’s a no for me not if I’m wanting fish and shrimps. The guy on the special not friendly at all. My order was $15 and change which wouldn’t be bad had it been real seasoned fish and shrimps. Do not recommend

It's a drive-through with only a couple of outside benches. My mother-in-law said she loves this place. But, the corn dog for my grandson was horribly over cooked, he would not even eat it. The onion rings were the worst I have ever had. The fish sandwiches were the worst I've ever had, and the fried burritos are horrible.
I normally love Pete's but this time I was a little disappointed. My chicken nuggets were a little dry and my corn dog had a very weird not good taste. My boyfriend loved his fish and chips meal. Typically I always love my food but it just wasn't there this time. Great prices for the amount of food you get!!
