I have Family that are regulars here and have always had a great time when with them. Like a lot of fun! Hub's & I stopped in for late lunch (3pm) & had two negatives, waited at least 10 mins to get greeted (server was late) & too hot inside(116 that day) Once she got there and someone turned the AC down it was a good experience again. Hub's steak sliders with au jus & creamy horseradish was so amazingly good. My fish tacos were wonderful as well. The Philly's we have had in the past were also always really good. & The server made up for her lateness by leaps and bounds. So I would definitely recommend, just constructive criticism for management.

Stopped in last night to grab sandwich and watch ufc 318 poirer vs Holloway since they were showing. I usually go to place close to me in Chandler for ufc ppvs and food but was over this way. Had one of the cheese steak variations they have. Really good sandwich and good spot to catch the fights.

This place is great. Food is great. The servers on the floor are great. The service at the bar is terrible. We were there after kickball and it wasn't that busy and we stood at the bar for 6 minutes without being acknowledged because they were busy chatting with people at the bar.
Likely to go back....5/5 (just won't order from the bar directly)

Rowse is an amazing server. She checked on us multiple times to make sure we were doing good. We moved tables and went outside and she even came out to check if we were good while we were enjoying the ufc fights. Brought my faith back to this place. If you come here I hope you have the chance to be served by her because places like this need more people like her.
I have come to this location multiple times and never ask for a print check after I pay, even though I felt over charged. So last time I was there I finally asked for the check and of course they were charging me for something that didn’t order. Never again, so if you go there just keep an eye on your check so you don’t experience the same situation as me. Very disappointed!!

Came in around 4:30 on a Thursday, they were a little busy but not too bad. Sat at a table for 15 minutes, no acknowledgment, water or menu. Meanwhile a group of 5 servers were 10 feet away at the bar station talking, hugging, and wandering in and out. This corner has too many other places to put up with that so I went to Hillside across the street where they said hi before I sat down and I had my beer within 2 minutes and my order in in 5. Better food too, based on past experience.

Got a prime slider and only got to enjoy one of the two because it was soooooo much chewy fat that it pissed me off! To pay that much for a slider and you can't eat it!
As for the customer service it was major five stars and thumbs up. Cassidy is one of the best servers I've ever encountered in a restaurant. I wanted to praise her to the managers. Other than the service the sandwich ruined my first experience.
