Every dish at this pho shop is delicious! I often came here to eat when Phuc's boys and girls were still young. It's been 25 years since I returned because I was so far away and unexpectedly the restaurant became more crowded than before! But today's banh xeo is not very good because using thinly sliced boiled meat has a fishy smell, so using marinated pork belly first is delicious.

A smallish pho joint. Super busy... 45 minutes + wait. Good price point. Big bowl (for the Xe Lua). Decent amount of meat. Noodles - thin version - got quite soggy after about 5 minutes. MSG detected. Dry mouth for both of us and we ended up drinking a lot of water.

The food was mediocre—nothing memorable—but the service? Absolutely terrible. One staff spent the entire time trying to flirt with other patrons, completely ignoring our group. His "rizz tactics" were so distracting that he’d give us a half-hearted "yes" to our requests, only to forget about us moments later. The vibe is clear: if you’re not part of their inner circle or "bros," your business doesn’t matter. Save yourself the frustration and find a place where everyone gets treated like a valued customer.

The wait was long, this is a popular place. The dinner was to capacity with tables and chairs, there is no standing room if there is no immediate seating you will have to wait in the parking lot, there are a few lounge chairs outside.
They had plenty of options on the menu but Today we tried the pho and grilled pork roll with peanut sauce. I asked for a smaller portion but I was served the biggest they had and it is impressively huge, if you're starving this is the place to go. There was a lot of meat and sprouts for our pho. The dishes do come in three sizes. The grilled roll was tasty.
On this side of the city this place is ok but we won't travel to visit again, there are better places for the same price.

Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't bring small children here and there is no room for high chairs

Wheelchair accessibility: No space for wheel chairs

The wait was over thirty-minutes which was alright, just an indication that the food is probably pretty good. Eye ordered the vegetable pho with beef broth and everything separate. They brought out the tiniest, teeny, tiny bowl eye have ever seen of pho. Eye told the lady that eye didn't order this size, she said it was a small which eye knew that and then went on to say, it was because eye asked for everything separate. Eye have been all around the world eating pho and they never brought out a littler bowl because eye asked for everything separate. The vegetables consisted of red bell pepper, green bell pepper and celery, disgusting, those are very powerful tasting vegetables to be added to a bowl of pho, almost over powering! The vegetables that usually come with pho are bok choy, Napa cabbage, carrots, broccoli, onion. Attempted to order spring rolls and substitute the tofu for carrots and cucumbers, she told me that, "eye couldn't order it like that and that's why it's not on the menu in that format". Well, it's NEVER been on the menu at ANY place eye have ever ordered it from even the not so authentic restaurant Zona Pho, Pho Bowl, and Rice Paper just to name a few. However, since it's made in house, they specially make it like my request. She wasn't very accommodating, almost seemed slightly racist, everything eye asked for was NO! The lady with the glasses was very uninviting, impatient, mean and cruel! Eye was sent there from my company to see if we would be getting our lunch there to feed hundreds of people for our New Year party. The women wirh the glasses (attitude) was just as nasty as the state of the restaurant and restroom and the kitchens backdoor when it swung open. EYE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dined here today with my family. We were all excited to finally be able to try this Pho. We travel all over and love to try new Pho restaurants. The place could use some thorough cleaning. Our waitress was a lady with glasses. I’m not sure if she was unhappy to be at work. Or, if she was unhappy to be serving colored people. The only reason we stayed was because my husband really wanted to try it. If it was up to me. I would had left the moment she brought our drinks back. It was written all over her. Her posture, her energy, and most of all her attitude. The food end up being decent. She ruined the customer service satisfaction portion of it. We won’t be back!

The food is alright but the service is piss poor. The lady specifically with the glasses is not very attentive and snouty and mean. The atmosphere is trashy, filthy, and dirty. Find pho elsewhere.

Went to Pho 43 for my first time and I cannot wait to go back. I had the beef pho and it was hands down one of the best soups I have ever had. Definitely the best in Arizona for sure. It's about 25 minutes away from my home one way and I don't mind the drive ( it's that good ) I also received outstanding service from the moment I arrived. Everyone was super friendly and made my visit much more enjoyable. Thank you Pho 43 , see you soon.
