Pho 43 2844 N 43rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009 Pho 43 holds a special place in my heart as one of the standout Vietnamese dining spots in the vibrant West Valley community. Stepping inside, I'm greeted by a lively atmosphere filled with the chatter of enthusiastic diners and the tempting aromas of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Despite the early hour of 10:30 a.m., the restaurant is bustling with patrons eager to savor the delicious offerings. Excited by the bustling energy around me, I was inspired to explore beyond my usual choices and delve into the world of Vietnamese rice dishes. Today, I made the delightful decision to embark on a culinary journey through the tantalizing rice-based creations that Pho 43 has to offer. Absolutely divine! The #34 Grilled Pork rolls are a burst of pure deliciousness. The rich flavors of the grilled pork have completely won me over - I am absolutely in LOVE What a delightful surprise! When I ordered #23D, expecting a dish with various proteins surrounding fried rice, I was met with a plate of delicious fried rice instead. It turned out to be the best mistake ever! The flavors of the fried rice were absolutely delightful, and I couldn't be happier that this mix-up led me to discover such a tasty dish. The portion was huge, I had difficulty in finishing it I kindly requested a small bowl of their delicious Pho broth from the waitress, and she responded with a cheerful "absolutely!" Let me tell you, the pairing of that flavorful broth with the fried rice was absolutely divine. I felt like I was on cloud nine! The broth had such a rich and savory taste that I couldn't help but adore it. I simply can't get enough of this delightful broth!

Great food! Wonderful service. Definitely busy during lunch. Busy atmosphere which is great in my opinion. That shows that business is working hard. If you don't get here before 11, good luck getting in. As a first time here, I appreciate the careness it took to make the broth for the Pho. In my opinion that is what made the Pho so scrumptious. The protein was tender and flavorful. The ingredients paired with the protein was magnificent. That bowl had no chance of survival! Lol Definitely give this place a try. You won't PHO-get it

What a hidden gem!! Stumbled upon this place on yelp and it did not disappoint. I read that there's usually a wait but we just so happened to get really lucky with front row parking and seated immediately. We ordered the house fried rice, egg rolls, pork vermicelli, and brisket pho - the food is eyes rolling to the back of your head good! Seriously so delicious, and the staff just make the experience 10x better. Easily 5/5 . We live in Tucson but will be making the drive back often - that's how good this place is!

After a long flight, the first meal we tried was at this Vietnamese restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised. The pho was absolutely delicious and the price was very reasonable. We were craving something warm and comforting after our trip, and the pho hit the spot perfectly. The broth was flavorful and the noodles were cooked just right. It was an excellent way to start our visit.Given how much we enjoyed the pho, we will definitely be returning to this restaurant to try other Vietnamese dishes.

Despite my travels limited to the US, I've explored pho joints far and wide, but none rival the flavors found here. Pho 43 offers an exceptional dining experience that goes beyond just great food. Their Number One, featuring a combination of tendon, tripe, and steak, is a standout dish that even converted me, a former picky eater, into a tripe enthusiast. The ambiance inside is always welcoming, with a diverse music selection adding to the atmosphere. The staff are attentive, efficient, and friendly, with a stylish flair that adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for delicious Vietnamese cuisine and a pleasant dining environment, Pho 43 is definitely worth a visit.

The family and I came out after spending a day in phoenix. This place is small and was super busy. I think the people working there got confused with the people on line because I think we got skipped a couple of times but it's okay. I'm here to judge the food and that service piece can be improved on. The pho was by far one of the best meals I've ever had. The broth was so flavorful and the meat was so tender it was falling apart as soon as it touched my mouth. The spring rolls and the egg rolls were so authentic and had flavor that felt homemade compared to other Vietnamese places we've tried. The Thai tea felt fresh and the chicken fried rice had a nice color to it as well. Overall, everything was delicious and prepared so well. I like coming to mom and pop shops that love serving such delicious food. It makes all the difference in the experience. The staff were great after they figured out our seating. Very attentive and worked fast paced to get us our food quickly. I recommend anyone in the area to give it a try.

I love coming here on a nice cold day, I'm not too big on pho, but when I do crave it, I come here. Their pho broth taste like someone's grandma made it lol. Their spring rolls is refreshing, with the fresh peanut sauce they serve it with. The service is quick and friendly. Not only their pho is good, their rice dishes are delicious! I normally get that if I don't feel like eating noodle soup (pho). This place is usually packed, but they get you in and out pretty fast.

We have been coming to Pho 43 for years. The food is consistently great, reasonable price and family owned. They get very busy because they're small family business but worth the wait.
