Paid $16.99 for a plate of rice. Don’t get the beef and broccoli. I haven’t even taken a bite I was moving my food around hoping for more beef and broccoli. Panda Express would never. The food is good but this not worth the price. Very expensive for white rice and a cup or beef and broccoli

I was really excited to continue ordering To go because I always to go their sister location Pho 32. UnFortunately will be my last time going to Pho Arcadia this is my second time ordering take out months apart and the noodles are yet again clumpy and in tiny shredded pieces. And the meat portion is outlandish for $15 bucks a bowl you only get 6 pieces of beef and a HALF a meat ball chopped in 1/4th. Disappointing because pho 32 was always on par

First time trying this place. We were excited to see a pho place opened up near home. The young lady, I forget her name, but she was incredibly and I mean incredibly awesome at her customer service skills!!!! For someone who's a teen and not my kid, I've rarely interacted with such a well-mannered and spoken teen that was not my own. Kudos to her parents. The cook, think his name was Juan, super friendly and sweet! Both of them were very welcoming and helpful in ordering. We both had the rolls, which were very fresh and filing. We both also had the shrimp pho, and the broth was amazing. It had flavor, without the toppings. Shrimp was just right as well as the noodles. My boyfriend ordered a short rib pho to go. Had it the next day and it was delicious. We will definitely be returning for great service and tasty food. Thank you
Went today for lunch and ordered a big bowl of chicken pho. Plenty of noodles, chicken was tender and plentiful. They also provided a plate of scallions, jalapeños and limes. I took half of it to go. My husband got the grilled pork sandwich. That was amazing too. Clean, lots of natural light and very cool inside. I recommend this place. The service was good too. Delicious ice tea. Enjoy!

Came here for a Banh Mi & noodles for lunch over a week ago & I paid for both, then was told they were out of noodles. The girl said they would give me a refund. Money never went back on my card, and they don’t do cash. I’ve gone in and have called multiple times. The girl takes my name, number, and says someone will call me back & no one has. Tried calling again today, and the number is not working at all.
I asked if I could just have an order of noodles being that I’m clearly not getting a refund for a meal I never received - girl said she’d need to ask the manager who wasn’t in that day, and wouldn’t be in the other day until later the evening. Still nothing. Wouldn’t be such a big deal if 1 order of noodles didn’t cost me $18…
