worst experience here by far. been patronizing Phx Burrito House since they first opened when I was a teenager, but the man they had behind the counter was by far the most incompetent person to have ever worked there. I called in an order to pick-up, arrived after the 20 minutes he said it would take, it took him and his colleague 15 minutes to take orders for two parties before they got to me, and then he tells me he never put my order in in the first place. the food is always fantastic here, but hiring someone who can actually facilitate its purchase would allow us to enjoy it more.

I got a carne asada burrito with guacamole. Unfortunately, the carne asada was VERY salty. I had to drink a whole bottle of water after. They also put rice in the burrito but it was undercooked. Cute spot.

Stopped in for breakfast burritos and they were so good and freshly made. The burritos were huge and came with two different types of salsa, which was a nice bonus. Definitely worth the stop.

Woah!!! Longtime Arizona residents - hands down may be the best burrito I've had. Excellent service, ultra-fresh ingredients, great prices, and 10/10 burritos.

I got a carne asada burrito with rice beans, cheese & cream! it was soooo good, the rice is so moist, pinto beans are soft, cheesy but not overpowering & carne is great, i didn’t get any nasty chewy pieces! They also offer bottled Sangria soda!!!!! I’ll definitely be back, thank you for lunch 🌯

I work from home now so I barely get to go in anymore. This morning having connection issues so to the office I go. I have been there many times for lunch, superb burritos. Today I get a chorizo burrito yum. I've not had black beans in a breakfast burrito a whole new experience.
Pretty sure this place won Phx New Times best breakfast burrito a few years ago but it doesn’t matter— best *any* type of burrito, any year + great service. Do yourself a favor and go there. Now!

They had a good selection of breakfast burrito offerings too. So...I came back the next morning. I had the bacon breakfast burrito and I can honestly say it's the best I've ever had. The flavor was tremendous, and again, I just can't get over how good their tortillas are.

I got a carne asada burrito. The meat was prepared properly and had a good flavor to it. The owner gave me a sample of some of the chips and salsa, which were very good. My favorite part about the burrito though was the tortilla. It had a perfect texture and thickness to it. The owner told me they make them all right there at the restaurant.

I've been driving by PHX Burrito House since it opened, and thought I'd finally stop in after a friend raved about it. My friend was totally right. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all, so I got to talk with one of the owners a bit. I learned that they own El Sol and El Zocalo in Chandler. I'd been to both of those places before and really liked them.

Trying to find locally-owned shops for lunch when you work odd days and hours isn't easy, with that being said, this place was an amazing find. The place is really clean and inviting. The staff was super friendly and the service was good. I had the shrimp burrito and it was AMAZING. My coworkers had breakfast burritos in the middle of the afternoon and lived then. Needless to say, this place was great and is now in the rotation of regular places for lunch.

$13.25 for a decent breakfast burrito with bacon and cheese. Size was fine but expected larger at that price. Can't believe it's an additional $1.25 for cheese. Also, saw a notice that their prices are going up soon.
That and it messed up my stomach. Won't be back.
