Phoenix Coqui is an absolute gem! I ordered their best seller, the Plato de Pernil, and it did not disappoint. Tender, flavorful pulled pork served with perfectly seasoned Puerto Rican rice and beans and a fresh side salad. Every bite was on point. Fresh, clean eating.

I got the Plato de pernil and a Coco flan.
The Plato de pernil is absolutely delicious and has lots of flavor. It comes with rice and a bit of greens. Not to mention this place is just like chinese take out resteraunts, HUGE PORTIONS.
