Colin, behind the bar and serving, this man is rude as hell! The place already has low review ratings. You would think that they would employ people who actually care about building repeat business.
I've been here dozens of times, and they still haven't figured out the staffing situation, which in turn makes it so you wait, even when they have open tables and solo seating bars.
That's frustrating because I think they know you're hostage, as it is the only place with hard alcohol and not quick serve food. The food is mediocre at best.
But this Colin character is one of the rudest people I've encountered in 'airport' service.

Mobile ordering app doesn’t work which is fine by me because I hate them but they didn’t tell me. After 5 minutes I went to the bar and asked if I could just order at the bar. The bartender was incredibly rude and told me not unless I sat at the bar. I went back to my table but it took another 10 minutes to get a server to my table. Not ideal when you have to board your flight in 30 minutes. Waitress was nice but never came back. I ended leaving money on the table without getting my tab as I had to jet. (Pun intended)

Very bad food

You have a very moody bartender .. I tried to get a beer at the bar and she refused to serve me because my group was sitting at the table. She told me to go back and wait for a server.. the server never came so I ended up not eating or drinking anything. I haven’t encountered such a rude bartender in a while.

We came in to eat before our flight, servers were refusing to seat anyone at tables for some reason, we had a party of 4 and were forced to sit at the bar top which is what it is- our server was a male and was SO RUDE. Service was awful and slow, one of us had ordered a BLAT, asked for the bacon to be extra crispy, when cashing out we noticed an extra charge for bacon so we had asked, he than said well you asked for extra crispy bacon, and we clarify that we just wanted the bacon to be extra crispy. He than refuses to take off the charge, I laugh in disbelief because he was incompetent and didn’t understand what wanting extra crispy bacon meant and he said “ keep laughing honey” couldn’t believe it. Not sure why he wouldn’t wait to make comments until we left. He lost tips on all of our tabs and when we left we told everyone waiting in line that the servers were not seating to not eat there either and they left too because the servers behavior was unacceptable. We have all been servers before and literally couldn’t believe what was going on. I guess all I could say is hire better servers? Kind servers, servers that aren’t pricks?

The nachos were sad. I giant plate of chips with cheese only covering a few chips. You’re better off buying a bag of chips at one of the convenient stores.

bbq chicken wings were raw, i dont recommend.

If you like paying almost $20 for previously frozen, cookie-cutter cheeseburger while you wait for your flight then this is your place. ??

Five star review for my server Nate. Food was a 3star. Had the pizza and it was just OK. Probably good food for an airport but there is no reason it can’t be really good The beer was good and typically priced for an airport. I will give another shout out to Nate as he never stopped moving and was on top of everything. I didn’t wait for my beer or my food.

I think this is the worst service I have received. We Sat at a table, in over 1 hour no server came to us. We went to the bar twice to try and order drinks and we're turned away and told we needed to serve from server at our table, what server???? Ridiculous!! This place is a joke... Don't go here!! In gate F section there is bar there that is a million times better. Spend your money there!!

Rude service. Waited 45 minutes for no service. When one finally showed up, seemed annoyed and uninterested at the job.

My glass has so much lipstick and dirt on it... Take a look. It's nowhere near clean. Where is the health dept?!?
