Placed an order through GrubHub this evening. Was told 24-35 minutes to delivery. At about 35 minutes, I got a phone call from GrubHub that the order had canceled because the restaurant never received it. I refuse to believe that this day and the order just disappears and doesn’t come through the system point when I went to replace the order, the GrubHub site said pick and roll was closed, even though they’re actually still open. So probably what happened is they got behind and couldn’t make my order and then shut down the website did absolutely nothing except some lousy seven dollar credit and I now have no food for dinner and $33 is sitting somewhere between GrubHub , and picking roll until their bank sends it back to me. Lousy way to do business. I used to be a regular, but this is left a bad taste in my mouth.

I've gone here since opening day years ago and keep coming back due to the quality and efficiency of their service.I've never had a bad poke bowl, sushi roll or appetizer.I typically go for a custom poke bowl or the Las Vegas roll. The gyoza are also fried to the perfect level of crispiness.Even when I'm under the weather, I'll drop in for miso soup and something spicy to clear up the allergies.The place also takes pride in their cleanliness. The dining area and what you can see in the food prep area has always been visibly clean.I'll always drop by for a quick bite when I need one.

Phenomenal food. Service leaves a little to be desired but is understandable as this seems to be a small family run joint. Purple rice may be a gimmick, but doesn’t affect taste at all. Sushi burritos have become a must have for my fiancé and I on a weekly basis. Service can take longer than expected due to the large amount of takeout orders, but the food is worth the wait. Absolutely love this place!

My local go to place for Sushi burritos which I do crave from time to time and they are just a few minutes away which is even better. They offer bowls as well however I'm not a big fan to begin with. The times I've tried their sides, I've noticed that they can be a bit too greasy.

Great food! Great customer service! I have been a regular customer here for about a year now & I cannot imagine ever stopping. Sushi burritos are great, their rolls are good! Fresh tasting fish as well as all their other ingredients. Employees are always so nice & helpful with questions. & my absolute favorite part is their prices! Go here, make your stomach happy.

Pick N' Roll was recommended by a neighbor of ours. Overall our experience was great. Good food for a reasonable price. Google listed it as less busy than normal & that was accurate. We were the only people inside when we arrived at about 6:30pm. Throughout our stay dining in, a dozen + more people came & went. You take a menu & check off what items you want. At the register they confirm the order & you pay. The food is prepared fresh, either crafted or cooked, after you order it. You take your receipt & a buzzer to communicate when your order is complete. This is not fast food speed, but I feel it is faster than a "sit-down restaurant" with a wait staff is. When we received the food, everything came in tin "to-go" style bowls & we shared potluck style, passing bowls around. I will note that item's marked "spicy", are spicy. More so than we like. Not a bad thing as "spicy" is in the name, just be aware. At the end of the night we were full. The 3 staff members we interacted with were a pleasure. If you are think about trying it, I would recommend giving it a go!
