Everything about this place was absolutely AMAZING. The service was so friendly & great. The atmosphere is so detailed and beautiful! And the food? DREAMINGLY DELICIOUS. Mesmerized from how good the ceviche was! Had a margarita and honestly it was delicious, no over exaggerated taste of one or the other, so refreshing! It’s so rare to find a place that hits all points but this one is definitely a HIT, will be coming back soon!

Beautiful hotel. Went to the pink dolphin to eat but it’s so hot cause they keep the doors open.
Got the zero proof drink called the hangover rx. It was really good. Also got the nachos and they were good and huge. They are sharable.

Overall, amazing spot! Thank you Eden for walking me through the menu. So many questions when I’m at a new spot with no reviews.Started with the Kale Caesar. Lots of dressing which I’m a fan of. Their cheese cubes, or whatever you would call them, were delicious! Loved this take on a Caesar Salad. Then I went for the Roasted Turkey Torta. I really enjoyed it. My buddy I was with wished the bread were a little more toasted and I’d agree with that. Even still, really good sandwich! The fries were good but nothing special. I like my fries a little more on the crispy side and these were a mix, some crispy, some less crispy.Lastly, Eden convinced us to try the Churro and dip. Yes! Amazing! Crispy outside with a “melt in your mouth” gooey inside. Loved it.Bonus: They had something called a “Frozé” or Frozen Rosé that Eden had me try. Pretty good. I can especially see it being a hit by the pool in the summer.More to come as I go back and try other dishes. Stay tuned!
Parking: I think I forgot to ask for validation, so parking ended up costing $20.
