Pita Jungle

I have been eating here for over a decade, the food is great, no complaints! Ate at this location last night and was happy to see their kids meal sections. I ordered the shrimp ceviche 👌🏼 and a cauliflower taco with the delicious chai tea 😋

I love Pita Jungle and have for many years; all my experiences at their locations have been smooth and positive (with tasty food too)! So, I was a bit surprised when I had difficulty with their website when I was placing a group order. (The system allows different people to add to a single order, perfect for ordering lunch for the office!) The site wasn't accepting my gift card, even though it was loading on the page and even showed my balance. When I arrived to pick up the food, I mentioned this issue to the staff. Brendan assured me he could get that taken care of for me. He worked his magic so that my gift card was used for the transaction and in no time at all. Pita Jungle, that guy is an asset and made this unusual experience completely go away. Thanks, Brendan, for keeping this happy customer, well, happy!

I understand the move to having AI handle as much as possible. What I don’t agree with, is asking for a tip, starting at 15-25%, when you refuse to take a phone order even if I request one, only allowing online orders for pickup, and not providing all of the possible options via your online ordering system. All the staff did to wait on me, was ask me if it was my name on the bag on the table that I walked up to, to get my own food and carry it to my own car.

Tip culture is broken now, we can all agree. But this is a new level of making your customers foot the bill for your employee wages. No service or customer interaction was provided other than prepping and bagging the food. The food was good as always, so 3 stars, the human staff did their job well.

We recently had PJ cater an event in Scottsdale. They did an incredible job! The food was super fresh, beautifully presented, and so flavorful. Among 30 guests, all raved about the food. Special commendations for the jalapeño hummus and lemon vinaigrette salad dressing. We had several gyro and pita variations which were all huge hits. Rave reviews all around - we will definitely repeat in the future!

Poor experience. I hadn't eaten here for about a year and boy was I disappointed. The food quality was terrible. Chicken was tuff, lettuce was brown and nothing tasted right. 3 of us for lunch was $70, yikes. I don't mind paying for a quality meal but that certainly wasn't the case here. Never again.

I love this place! Especially tonight. Got a to go order and it was exactly how I ordered it plus it was perfectly made. Thank you. It didn’t disappoint. Additionally, the two gentleman working ToGo were very kind and it really made my night. Thank you.

Pretty gentrified Levantine food one of those places that won’t admit it’s serving middle eastern food to middle aged White people honestly Greek Pita across the street is more authentic and better quality. Staff are friendly here but no halal meat in a middle eastern restaurant-___- except the gyro meat how original.

I love Mediterranean food. While I am no expert, The Pita Jungle does it well in my book. The food was good, served hot, and the service friendly and fast. The atmosphere was a bit of an industrial cafe, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. If they had music playing, I didn't notice. But overall, worth a visit!
