Great food but the service was awesome

Wide open space with 50% communal seating. Good as we had a big group. Very loud inside. Food was good and quick.

I was disappointed in the food I got. I had a falafel wrap. It was very dry. Very very little sauce just wasn't made with effort.

I ordered a to-go lunch, as soon as they opened. The cashier was friendly and sweet and very accommodating to my requests. I like to get a side of hummus, but the jalapeño cilantro kind and she made it happen, no problem. Also. I had forgotten to order a side of vinaigrette and she threw one in for me. The atmosphere in the restaurant is beautiful and welcoming. And very spacious. I love this location.

We left and called out leaving that we did not pay! We paid well and he didn't ck first! Very embarrassing as people at the bar look over..NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS EVER..ONLY TO FIND OUT HE WAS THE MANAGER!! Training for them a ZERO...will never go back there. So embarrassing 😳

Today was terrible. The service was extremely slow. We sat without a drink order for 15 minutes. Once drinks ordered, it took 5 to deliver. Noticed another group sat near well after we arrived. They got drinks immediately and got food well before our appetizer even arrived. The food is always good when we go, today the service was terrible.

We're from out of town and whenever we're in the Phoenix area we HAVE to stop at Pita Jungle. AMAZING!! They have such a great gluten free menu and the service is super friendly!

I always get the gyro with a side of feta and fries, fries here are so crispy and fresh. The gyro does not disappoint.

Keto and Paleo plate was good with reisling wine, as was the Philly Steak Pita. Good service. Healthy food. Plan on making this a regular stop. Pleasant staff. Great variety of foods and beverages.

Food was horrible.I ordered the hummus trio with chicken. Chicken was so dry could hardly chew. Pita bread was hard and very dry. Had to be a week old. They served it warm to soften it up to try hide that it was old. Place was dirty, especially the bathrooms. I go to the pita jungle at desert ridge regularly but will never come back to this location.

Walked in at noon this past Saturday and despite many empty tables was told there would be a 10 minute wait. Ridiculous! Walked out and was seated immediately at the next restaurant.
