Above and beyond doesn't say enough. John restored some faith in humanity. I had trouble with a missing half of a doordash item. He immediately was fixing everything up over the phone when I stated I don't drive and maybe a different time to offset lyft serging as it was approaching 5 pm. He not only brought my food to my home but a little extra for the inconvenience. It's unparalleled and it really brought back feeling like I was important as a customer. Well done and then some. We are infact all in this together in these troubled times and this kind of lead with kindness approach and lets be better to each other practices mean there's hope.

Every time I order take out at pita jungle they forget the kids drink I order for my daughter. I drive 15 min to pick up so I’m not going back to get it.

1st time at this location and ya i won't be back the staff treat you like misery loves company bad attitude and everything for no reason at all i would understand if it was the customer being rude but no it's just the staff from hostess to the server no thx I will pass spend my money elsewhere

I had the mahi-mahi. It was not the best I've ever had in fact it tasted little fishy which I was surprised but I must remember this is not a fish restaurant

I did not want spicy and I mentioned it to the server, regarding the falafil bowl, but she did not know. I risked it. Too spicy, everything was, and with no warning. Tahini is spicy, falafel is spicy. My insides, mouth, esophogas, and stomach are still burning up an hour later. Not sure if it's chili powder, onion powder, srarachi or what, but you are taking your life in your hands by eating here.

Wow! That pizza was as amazing as it looked (chipotle chicken pizza). I don’t ever leave reviews, but I came away so impressed with the food and the menu that I felt compelled to give this company their props.

First off, they get it! Times are tough on so many people right now and their inflation conscious menu items and pricing is truly commendable. While some businesses have basically said, deal with it, they are meeting people where they are with these options. I also love that their happy hour is available 7 days a week.

Back to the food. I had the hummus trio which is a must for me every time I dine here. I paired that with the baba ganoosh, which was also very good.

The pizza though! The pizza! My goodness 🔥. It was love at first sight and once I took the first bite, let’s just say things got very intimate. I was shaking my head at how delicious and rich in flavor it was and for the price ($5.75) man, fast food can’t even beat that and doesn’t come close to tasting as good. The service was also top notch.

So again, I never leave reviews, but this time I had to. I applaud ownership for the awareness and the adaptability to create a delicious, healthy, and accessible food menu.

Rude staff, terrible service, they first didn't give us enough seats for our party so I had to grab my own, then waited 45 min just to take our drink order. Talked to us very rudely the entire time and I had to fight to get served at all, I will never come here again.

I love pita jungle. I'm not too fond of the decor in this one but I go anyway cuz I love Pita jungle. The atmosphere is kind of not there.

Pick-up is usually backed up and slow. I recommend ordering early. Staff is friendly and works hard to take orders and run orders. The staff maybe overwhelmed. Food is really good. I recommend this place.

Food was good. Service was well below average especially with them saying that our server was the best they have. Checked on us once while she was passing by behind us and placed our check in front of us without ever asking if we needed or wanted anything else. No-one was available to check us out, luckily i had cash to leave money on the table. Great atmosphere! Not so good service.
