Fantastic Mexican food!I ordered pepperoni pizza with sauce. I got cheese crisp with pepperoni. They don't put sauce on pizza or they charge you too because they are cutting costs. The Pizza sauce is the most expensive item in production.

One of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. The place reeks of old frying oil. The tables and chairs are very close together and claustrophobic (and cracked and in bad shape.) There is a sign on the counter that says they PREFER CASH, but then told me to pay AFTER I eat (since I was dining in.) They were not honest by telling me their credit card machine was down, but instead trapped me there silently until I paid, only to learn I had to pay cash. I explained I didn't have enough cash on me to pay for the entire meal and none of my friends had any cash. They recommended a Wells Fargo ATM across the street (a six lane, busy road), even though there are two ATMs in the same shopping center we were already in. One is an ATM in the Fry's grocery store and the other at the Credit West bank in the same parking lot as the restaurant. It seems possible that the ATM's are hacked and by telling you to use one, they are *potentially collaborating* with ATM credit card skimmers installed on the nearby ATMs. Needless to say, the whole thing was sketchy and I did NOT agree to pay cash or was warned that I could NOT pay for my meal with my credit card.

Debit cards (used at ATMs) do not have the same consumer protections and the first ATM I tried (TruWest Credit Union) accepted any PIN I entered and then failed the transaction. So, my fears were growing. I ended up going inside of the Fry's grocery store, using the ATM in there to get out $20 and had to pay a $3.50 transaction fee. Needless to say, instead of a $7 tip, I paid the ATM transaction fee and consider the entire inconvenience of blind-siding me AFTER I ATE with a cash demand. Therefore, I paid what I owed and not a penny more and my clothes still stink like an old deep fryer from sitting in that place eating.

They boast of an A rating regarding the Maricopa County health inspection, however, that rating is from 2019! (it appears the health inspection hasn't been since. No way it could get an A rating with the poor ventilation, hence they leave the front door wide open.)

Food was also weird. The chicken on the pizza appears to be breaded. Typically, chicken on a pizza does not look like chorizo or a crouton. No one at the table knew what they hard brown squares were on our pizza. They have tiny little napkins, so when eating wings, you're going to need a LOT OF THEM!

Furthermore, I was never offered a receipt and I have no way to confirm if my order total was accurate. The soda machine is behind the counter, so you cannot fill your own drink and no lids are available unless you specifically ask for one.

Never again. No idea why anyone eats here. Very sketchy. Prices were NOT cheap and the food is not outstanding.

I have never been here before. No idea why I (or anyone else) would ever go back.

The staff is friendly. That's the only good thing I can say.
Now I have to watch my debit card like a hawk to see if I see my PIN has been stolen... NOT WORTH IT!

This place is conveniently located near me, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite underwhelming. First, the pizza is overpriced—$20 for a medium, 6-slice pizza with just one topping. Second, the cheese had a bitter taste, and the pizza was excessively greasy. I even asked for it to be cooked well-done to help the grease stick to the crust, but it didn’t help. I typically don’t get heartburn, but after just one slice, I experienced major discomfort due to the grease. Overall, this isn’t the best pizza spot. Even Little Caesar’s offers a better experience. I won’t be coming back.

Pizza by Napoli is the best Pizza on earth , I first tried it as a 13 year old paper boy when I lived around the corner and I have compared every pizza I have ever had since in the last 40 years to this pizza …and nothing is as good ! I have had pizza in New York , London, and Italy …nothing was as good as Pizza by Napoli ! I am considering flying out with my two brothers only to have this pizza again!! Really!!!

Let’s get the easy stuff out of the way first. Friendly staff, family owned, been going here since I was a kid, this is where I have my birthday dinner, solid prices, etc. They have a very nice range of stuff on their menu but I can’t waste any stomach room with other food.

Now let’s talk pizza. Napoli understands crust. Each bite just has this perfect slight crunch that doesn’t take away from the flavor of the pizza while having this almost chewy dough flavor, I would recommend saving the crust for last and enjoying it as a secondary item. As far as toppings go, I only do pepperoni or sausage. Pepperoni needs no explanation. The sausage topping is more of the small crumble style, it covers the entire pie perfectly to where each bite has the perfect amount.

In terms of how PBN is for leftovers, it’s solid warmed up in the oven, better when done in a pan with a little water and then steam heated. But the true way to eat the pizza here is literally as soon as it comes out of the oven. Is the roof of your mouth going to get burned? Yes. Is it the best pizza in the world? Also yes. People can disagree but they’re wrong.

Pizza was just ok. Wings were just a little too crispy for us. Not bad though.
