Pizza by Napoli is hands down one of the best spots around! The pizza is always fresh, loaded with flavor, and perfectly cooked every time. The crust has that ideal balance — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The wings are absolutely 🔥 — crispy, juicy, and tossed in sauce just right. And the calzone? Massive, stuffed with plenty of cheese and fillings, and baked to perfection. You can tell they don’t cut corners with quality. Great service, great food, and consistent every time. Highly recommend if you’re craving legit pizza, killer wings, or a top-tier calzone!

Just went in to pick up delivery. Blonde haired gentleman running the counter was very rude and abusive to other staff. The whole restaurant was uncomfortable could not wait to leave.

BEWARE!!!!! When you place an order for delivery online, they are actually using a 3rd party delivery service to conduct your delivery. They do NOT disclose this on their website while you’re ordering. Therefore, if there is an issue with your food, the restaurant will not provide you with a resolution, they will defer to the 3rd party delivery app. Mind you, the website does NOT say that deliveries are handled by a 3rd party. Very poor customer service. We had an issue with our pizza and when we called, I’m assuming we spoke to the owner, he told us it wasn’t his problem and to contact uber eats. We told him we didn’t use uber eats, we placed an order on his website, to which he told us they don’t have their own delivery people and that we used a 3rd party. This makes no sense. Then he “looked up our order” and said “oh, you used uber eats.” Ok well we didn’t ever open an uber eats app, nor were we connected to uber eats through browser. If he could see our order on “uber eats,” why wasn’t he able to report an issue? There was no way for us to report an issue with the alleged 3rd party delivery app when we NEVER opened a third party app to begin with? Very sketchy and very frustrating. Now we are out $37 and have no pizza to eat, the driver gets to keep a tip for her horrible service, and the restaurant makes money off of a scam. This is horrible and we will be contacting the better business bureau and I have a TikTok account with 7,000 followers and hundreds of millions of views and I will be posting a video about this restaurant since they lack dispute resolution and didn’t offer us a solution.

I ordered from their website a $37 pizza to have delivered. My pizza came all screwed up. The driver said she hit the brakes and it went flying and she’s so sorry but to just let them know and our replacement pizza will be on its way. I called the restaurant and let them know and they told me that they wouldn’t refund my money or give me a replacement or anything it’s not their problem so I had no pizza and I was out 37 bucks so I would say a big double thumbs down here don’t take a chance horrible customer service horrible customer service.

Bought one medium, 1 topping pizza, already overpriced at $22. Nonetheless, I left a generous tip considering it was pickup, the service was non-existent, and the shack is ran down. To my surprise, a shady **tip increase** appears on my bank statement. What a crooked little pizza boy! Will absolutely be disputing with USAA. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. What kind of “mom and pop shop” steals from service members? From anyone?? Pizza is ight, not good enough to get ROBBED for.

I’ve only had the lunch specials here. The two cheese slices with a drink and the wings with a slice and drink. But I love their food. It’s NY style pizza. Great quality at a great price. The staff are very nice when I call or go in there. Tomorrow I’m going to try their tiramisu.
Been going there since they were all young boys on Bethany Home Road. The years have flown by, but quality stays the same. LOVE the Calzone Special.

love pizza by napoli, my grandparents used to go there before they moved into this location, and still took us there when they moved into this spot! i've been having pizza by napoli my whole life and it really is the best around- prices are more than reasonable and the service is always awesome! it's such great pizza that i even have a friend who lives across town who always asks me if we can come to pizza by napoli :) i love the decor even though it's been the same as long as i can remember, although i think that might be part of why i care for it so... wonderful place, fantastic pizza and great people!
