I walk today and wait over 10 mins they few employees just walk about Me don't said anything fine a lady coming ask what can help with you all rude about it I tell me my order you need check all your employees because we all don't homeless some of else have job that how pay for things and the outside is bad because they have homeless hang out the store do drugs and actor don't care at all and homeless people hang inside with drink few beers with all stuff the that smell bad why did you let people with them stuff are serious why kind business you run there but someone call health department in there have coming in check them this happen today 2/18/2025 at 5:08 pm at Tuesday

Had a terrible experience with this location yesterday. Ordered a Big Dinner Box with a friend... It arrived without any sauce, very little cheese or toppings, and the wings had almost no sauce. They forgot the marina and ranch dipping sauce. Called the store to describe what I was seeing, and the woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and wouldn't listen to me, basically told me to pound sand and it wasn't her problem... Since I went through Door Dash on this one, I had to contact them. They also could do very little for me... Please never buy from this location again.
Follow up today: this store was supposed to contact me within 3 business days to help resolve the issue from Sunday. No one has contacted me from this store, so they don't care about their customers. Don't buy from this store, ever. Downtown Phoenix deserves better.

Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent experience that has left me questioning my loyalty to your brand.
I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app and tipped the delivery driver 20%, only to have my food delivered cold because the driver was across and down the street from my location, and my son had to go search for him. Not only was the food delayed and mishandled, but the driver also spoke no English, sent confusing photos of his incorrect location, and repeatedly hung up when we attempted to contact him.
This was not a third-party service like DoorDash; this was an order placed directly through your app, which makes the situation even more disheartening.
I had not ordered Pizza Hut in over 2.5 years since moving to Phoenix, and unfortunately, this experience reinforced my hesitation. The quality of the food was so poor it made me physically ill. Upon further research, I discovered that your company has changed how pizzas are made, prioritizing cost-cutting over quality.
Pizza Hut was once a cherished part of my life. Growing up, it was a nostalgic family tradition—ordering pizzas and renting movies. It’s heartbreaking to see how much has changed. My son once experienced a piece of this joy as a child, but now, that memory has been tarnished.
This experience has left me unable to eat Pizza Hut again, as the quality has deteriorated so drastically. It’s disheartening to witness a brand I’ve loved for years choose to take the “cheap route,” ultimately compromising the very product and experience that made it so special.
I hope my feedback will be taken seriously and that Pizza Hut considers its loyal customers when making decisions about quality and service.

Poor sanitation facilities with no functional toilet for customers yet a functional toilet is available for employees that customers cannot use. The manager was not accommodative upon request for assistance and had an attitude. I believe a functional restroom is a legal requirement for restaurants.
If you are a food business the law requires you have a restroom for your customers. The manager was very defensive and not accommodating when we asked to use the restroom even though we were buying food. As we dined in, the tables were not clean. I have seen many users rate this place 1 star...I now see why it deserves! Never ever buying food here.

This is a very dangerous location. The only parking is a pay to park garage. The pizza was missing something.

I ordered Hawaiian pizza delivered without pineapples. I paid $40 for a large pizza that missing the main toppings and all they offered was giving me the credit for $5! Very disappointing! I am not going to order from Pizza Hut ever again.
