I want a refund. We bought nearly $50 worth of food. The pizza and bread sticks were undercooked and doughy!!! The service sucked, the guy working was condescending and rude. I would let that slide because people have bad days but after the way he made our food I want my money back.

The staff were friendly and nice. The pizza was EASILY the worst I've had that I can remember. I have no idea what they're doing with their cheese but it is utterly disgusting. If there is another pizza place within 5 miles of this place go there. Don't waste your money. Very disappointed.

Won’t even bother to pick up the phone for a very large order. Guess they make enough money as it is. Won’t take my business to PH anymore as this is all they’ve become now unfortunately. Great in the 90’s but how they have fallen now.

Definitely not Pizza hut I remember, ordered pan pizzas and bread sticks and got dry pizzas and bread sticks smh what happened to the buttery crust? First time in over 15 years I ordered pizza hut and I regret losing money for this hard to swallow dry bread sticks and pizzas and definitely not getting pizza hut again and Pizza Hut used to be the best around but y'all fell off the radar over the years and hard.
Have placed an order here twice now for it not to arrive, and I received no refund either time and couldn't even talk to anyone on the phone. Absolutely horrible Pizza Hut, couldn't be more disappointed.

Glad I ordered some breadsticks so I can’t at least eat something while waiting for a response by customer support, and was told I’ll have to wait 1 to 3 business days for an answer.

Atmosphere, quiet and warm. As in, empty and slighty climate controlled. The soda was refreshing. The mozzerella sticks were very good. The personal pan pizza was odd. The top was baked just this side of perfection, but the crust was still doughy in the middle. A two step process, perhaps. Not inedible. Not planet shaking failure. But not a ringing endorsement either.
