Order 2 hours before you’re even hungry cause they won’t deliver it on time.They only have one delivery driver. I had to call like 4-5 times just to get an update on my order. Trust me when I say I’m not a Karen - but if there were ever a moment to a one I think this would have been it (so hence my review)Customer service was essentially useless. Would always say “it will be delivered in 15 mins”. Requested a manager on the 3rd call and they didn’t answer.On the 4th call, the customer service rep just straight up hung up on me (and yes I was still being nice I swear lol)Finally on the 5th call they answered said there’s only one driver. When I requested a manager, the girl on the phone (who was lowkey rude y’all) transferred me but I was finally able to get to a manager who explained the situation. If you’re able to drive there then do so. Or walk. Cause the one driver they have according to the manager panicked and almost got in a wreck herself which is why she’s over an hour late with my order. As I write this it’s been over an hour and I still haven’t gotten the delivery.I’m not saying don’t order. Just keep in mind it will take a while.Update: food arrive at 7:20 (original delivery time was 6:26pm) and food was lukewarm.

This is only the 2nd time I chose to order pick up from this location. The first time the cashier was rude but I figured he was having a bad day. This time , differentvperson but still very unfriendly. They got my order wrong, I didn't know that until I got home. You have to park in the parking garage if you want to pick up here , but they do not validate so it cost me $4.10 just to pick up my pizza. Plus I gave the cashier a $5 tip , which is pretty good when my order was less than $20 , but she was still acting very put out. So all in all I paid $30 for a pizza that was not made right and rude service. I didn't want to ask them to fix it because it would have cost me even more money.

I do have to agree "No one out pizzas the Hut." I love their food, no complaints with that. But they need to work on their delivery service, we always order delivery and this is the longest time we have had to wait. Our order was supposed to be here at 10:15pm, we ordered at 9:24pm. It is now 10:57pm and nothing still I've tried calling the Pizza Hut we ordered from and no answer either. Maybe we need to look for another location.
Every time I order from here they ALWAYS forget something I ordered. Drive will say they will bring it but nothing, not even a refund smh

What happened? I was excited to get chicken Alfredo. 1am , they're open till 3am... entire place is dark. Gates 3/4 closed... we were ordering and my husband sat down, guy behind counter says, sorry you can't sit the lobby is closed. You can order and leave.I decided to pass... that's sad. This location used to be jumping on a Saturday night. All kinds of people out tonight, lots of sales to be made ... unfortunately looking closed and turning customers away is bad for business. Js

This place is the worst!!! No one ever answers the phone. Our order was two hours late with no one ever contacting us to let us know so in the meantime we had to call corporate. We were told someone from the store would be in contact to refund our money. The explanation was they were very busy. I’ve yet to hear back from anyone but u can bet they still kept my money.

Hi I'm trying to get of hold of the manager at this location on Van Buren Pizza Hut. I had placed on order and my card was charged and when I get there I had to pay out of pocket. Once I called my card company I was notified that the payment went through with my card. I been trying to get hold of the manager and was told he would call me back on my cell, no one has called me about an order I fully paid for. Please can someone pick up the phone there?

Was exceptional service all the way around,the lady who took our order is Awesome. She needs her own store,Give her one Pizza
The clerk upfront was patient and flexible. They got my food out pretty fast (especially for seeming busy). The food is pretty good, I wasn't disappointed, even a day later at room temp. Not over seasoned or spiced if you like it that way.

Horrible place. We are 5 minutes from the PH on Van buren. It took the driver 20 minutes to get here because he couldn’t follow GPS. He then said that he waited too long and he wasn’t coming back. We have a long history with this PH for corporate events. NO MORE. Travis the supervisor is very unprofessional. Happy to use another pizza company for corporate and employee appreciation events.
