I have now gotten the wrong pasta delivered 3 of the last 6 times. It is ridiculous. I will not order from there again. And the girl had an attitude when I complained.
I had a bad experience with a manager back in October and a rep Tobias Henry was in contact with me in regards to the issue but nothing ever happened.. If that's the way a customer is treated that's bad customer service..
