Complete garbage service either when I order or when I'm delivering for door dash, always the same story "were working on it" then I gotta wait 20+ minutes for my order, wtf is the point of ordering ahead of i gotta wait the same amount of time as if I ordered on the spot?! The hand tossed pizza was very thin and dry. There was a a lot of dry crust edge. The tavern style is just thin crust cut into squares, nothing special. Both pizzas hardly had any sauce. I am actually not sure the tavern one had any. Just a cold dry meal. Super disappointing.

The person that assisted me, was very rude. It was after 8, I did not notice what the sign said, but I work in customer service and he could have being more polite about it. The way he spoke was very unprofessional.

Place an order Saturday and had to cancel do to app error in placing my order was for delivery and app changed it to carry out but charged me for it to be delivered so cancel order and yet have not been refunded as told by employee that my refund would be in 24hours

For the love of pizza! The pizza was by far the worst thing I've had. I bought two party packs, so there was plenty to sample. They were all bad. The toppings tasted disgusting, especially the cupped pepperoni.
How are you guys gonna accept orders from door dash, grub hub, Uber eats, or any platform to order food on, then cancel is last minute, that’s is not only annoying, but very frustrating! Like don’t accept the damn order!! So unprofessional and such a disappointment on your end. Do better Pizza Hut!

Made in order for 11 pizzas for my son's birthday party and they called me back telling me that that would use all of their dough so they can't make it and they're going to just cancel the order Even after the money already went through they decided they don't want to make it most likely because they didn't want to do the work because they're lazy.
