Ordered delivery again and had a $20 credit. Was put on a 30 minute hold. Then they placed the order and didn’t know how to apply the credit. So the difference the manager finally figured out having me use my card on. Once the order arrives the door dasher was not updated and now I’m worried Pizza Hut won’t be paying this poor driver as it says they’re paid directly by me and Pizza Hut deducts it out of his next paycheck.

Placed an order. Was canceled. Website showed preparing. Called and the operator stated they were working on it. Never informed formally of cancelation. Now everything is closed and I have no options for food that don't involve me driving ?

So in regards to the so called manager on staff today is a joke. If he only would have listened I would of had no problem ordering a big box like I intended to do. Because who orders only 1 cup of ranch thru uber eats. To not listen to the customer and their experience to help better the services provided. The Manger who didn't feel the need to listen and even told me " no I'm not listening to you" is not a way to manage the store. And say that I cursed at him. Is just wow in itself. After letting him know one manager to another. I didn't curse at you. I only stated. That your not gonna effing listen. Is just sad. I will not order from this place. They wouldn't even take my calls to make a complaint afterward. This is what the world is coming to. Management that won't listen to a customer.
