So in regards to the so called manager on staff today is a joke. If he only would have listened I would of had no problem ordering a big box like I intended to do. Because who orders only 1 cup of ranch thru uber eats. To not listen to the customer and their experience to help better the services provided. The Manger who didn't feel the need to listen and even told me " no I'm not listening to you" is not a way to manage the store. And say that I cursed at him. Is just wow in itself. After letting him know one manager to another. I didn't curse at you. I only stated. That your not gonna effing listen. Is just sad. I will not order from this place. They wouldn't even take my calls to make a complaint afterward. This is what the world is coming to. Management that won't listen to a customer.

Pizza was overcooked and took longer than it should have. The lobby was all locked up so we had to wait outside. Employee told me that they do not give marinera sauce with breadsticks. This is the first time I've heard of this from any pizza hut I've ever been to. Next time will go to the one on 43rd ave and Mcdowell where they still give you marinera sauce for your breadsticks and allow you to go into the lobby.

huge disappointment. I asked for extra pineapple, it's like they forgot about it. Pizza had this weirdly large crust to pizza ratio like they running low on ingredients. Place Sucks.. even little cs is cheaper and better quality

Worst experience. Order supposed to arrive at 1:40, was being patient thinking they're running late. 2:30 came around, still nothing. Called the store like 5 times, no one answered. So we ordered Domino's. Order still never showed up. Do better next time pizza hut..
Ordered a large pepperoni and I got it as soon as I got off the bus nice and hot. Great tasting pizza I love it. I will be backsoon. It was a carry out . That night crew rocks. Lady with glasses thank you.

Nothing but kids run this business and they never answer the phone! Needed a refund and no one knew how to do it. They kept transferring me around smh!

This is their idea of a large Pepperoni Lovers... a $30 pizza. It was burnt af, hardly any cheese/pepperoni at all. Called asking if they could remake it and the manager, Sarah, said it would be a 45 minute wait because they're really busy... it's a carryout order.I asked if they could credit my account, she said they can't. I had to go to the store for a "complaint voucher" - that I can't use at a different location (even though I was told I could) and that credit wouldn't even reflect on my account for 24-48 hours which I found out from another location I ordered and tried to use the voucher on.There's no quality check at this location at all: 3602 W Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85019.Go to Indian School Rd location instead.
