I placed an order on the app on December 2nd- it told me my food would be ready in 15 minutes. I get to the store to pick it up & it's packed with people waiting on their food. I was too hungry to wait an hour for my food so I canceled the order. I have talked to customer service twice & emailed with the manager & STILL have not been refunded my money. This is now 16 days later. Hopefully they'll see this review & actually respond to me. Photos attached of how many cars were parked & just sitting waiting on their food.

The pizza hut express is no longer counter service like old pics. They replaced it with Starbucks and now you get whatever they have put out on a heating self. No place to actually order. All i wanted was the personal pepperoni deep dish with breadsticks. They make small hand tossed and only had 1 cheese pizza in small selection of food options sitting out. They make breadstick bites now which is super flat dough rolled up. It was awful. Nothings fresh made to order. Hopefully there is still a classic pizza hut express out there somewhere but this isn't worth it.
