I placed an order on the app on December 2nd- it told me my food would be ready in 15 minutes. I get to the store to pick it up & it's packed with people waiting on their food. I was too hungry to wait an hour for my food so I canceled the order. I have talked to customer service twice & emailed with the manager & STILL have not been refunded my money. This is now 16 days later. Hopefully they'll see this review & actually respond to me. Photos attached of how many cars were parked & just sitting waiting on their food.

Ordered a big dinner box and some wings. The wings barely came with any sauce on them. Not even shaking them and mixing it up a bit spread the sauce. They need to work more on the balance of sauce for their wings because this is disappointing. They even forgot the dipping sauce for the breadsticks. At least they remembered the sauce for the pizzas.

Every time I come here the staff is friendly. I don't eat cheese, so a cheese-less pizza may seem odd but they make it perfect every time. Today my boyfriend ordered me the wrong wing flavor and the guy working the window quickly fixed it.

I am highly upset. I ordered at 10 o'clock, for a delivery time of 10:30. Around 1040 I started calling no one ever answered the phone once ,my order was confirmed, but never made it out of the restaurant. The answering machine said that the store was closed at 12 exactly even though the website has a time of 1 o'clock.

Haven't had Pizza Hut for the looooongest time. Noticed that most of the places in Phoenix have an average of two stars and a ton of complaints about incorrect deliveries etc. WELL.....we wanted a 'dine-in' experience! But had to travel miles from home to get one...here's the tale....You know, Pizza Hut has a LOT of reviews. Why? Because it's a go-to for MANY folks. The pizza is good (ReALLY GoOd! In fact). No different here. In fact, it was fantastic (medium pepperoni). Oddly the fountain drinks were weak, and the place needed a thorough clean - appeared a touch understaffed, plus it was peak time. Waited 30 mins for food, and there was lots of entertainment outside (it's downtown-ish, so it's lively). The pizza wasn't cut well and I was given a plastic knife to cut it correctly(?!) - little things. The fact of the matter is, the food was just fine. Just needs some TLC and this place could be a 4-star affair. With respect to the hard working employees and what was produced tonight - 3 stars - management team, take note - if you're the only dine-in Pizza Hut for mikes around, you should be making it YOUR mission that YOUR place of business is clean; well-staffed, and looks the part. We'll be back. :)

I called and this girl took my order. I get there and don't see my name on the screen. They verified the same address I went to. When i arrived only a man worked there and said they never received my order. I waited 30 minutes for nothing. I don't know how pizza hut handles their orders anymore but whatever they're doing ain't working.

crap, crappy and crapper.. just ordered a New Yorker and all I got was Cheese the website is either wrong or ordering online is wrong.. and when it was delivered it looked like some one look at piece out of two slices. I called Pizza Hut and asked for a refund my Visa card but, wouldn't do it and I don't want anything slee from pizza crap Hut.. I just gave it to my pit bulls. I hope they don't get diarrhea either..
Amazing pizza and wings. Made just how I ordered it. Can't wait to order from here again.

The pizza hut express is no longer counter service like old pics. They replaced it with Starbucks and now you get whatever they have put out on a heating self. No place to actually order. All i wanted was the personal pepperoni deep dish with breadsticks. They make small hand tossed and only had 1 cheese pizza in small selection of food options sitting out. They make breadstick bites now which is super flat dough rolled up. It was awful. Nothings fresh made to order. Hopefully there is still a classic pizza hut express out there somewhere but this isn't worth it.

I ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizza one with chicken beef and Bacon then I get another one with pepperoni pork Italian sausage Bread sticks and a 2 l of Mountain Dew after waiting one hour and a 1/2 for the order that was supposed to be at my house at 10 I get a call from 1 of their drivers female saying that she was lost i called the location where i made the order spoke to Joanne explain my situation And he played out told me that hes got a pizza's return personally personally and then read the lizard and and eating it I explained to him about covid and he didn't really care so if you guys want something that they're gonna care about the safety of another person I concern you to go to a different store otherwise it's on you I've been ordering from this Pizza Hut constantly in this 5 months that were in for one of their employees which is not a manager the manager is Liz she didn't work today she'll be in tomorrow which I also will be calling to speak to because the way that Joanne treated me being a loyal customer is not correct I personally worked at a Pizza Hut in Florida so I know the regulations and by regulations you're not allowed to accept a pizza once it left the establishment as per covid regulations regulations for him to bring me a pizza that was already cold like I explained to him to charge me for the pizza that I stated I was not gonna get after went back to the store I will be calling corporate tomorrow

If I could give this place a zero I would. I ordered tonight through their website and I typed in $5.00 for the tip then I saw they had a gratuity tab so I deleted the $5.00 I tapped the 20% gratuity tab which was 8.67 by the way but it must of not gone through and instead it just left five cents accidentally. Anywho my food comes the driver doesn't knock or anything I finally go look and it's there. The driver puts thanks for the nickel and I feel bad because I swore I put a bigger tip being a delivery driver I always tip. Anyways the driver crushed the food being mad so I called Pizza hut and got some guy name Davarius or something like that I don't quite remember. I explained whay happened he said ok and what do you want me to do about it? I'm like well I'm scared to eat my food now and he goes ok well my drivers get stiffed all the time so get over it. I just handed the phone to my boyfriend at that point and my boyfriend went off telling him to show compassion and would you be comfortable eating food when someone is acting like that. He gave us a refund and took my whole card number which I am nervous about but I will be watching my account closely and calling corporate l. Do not go here!

So we ordered a pizza for pick at 4:50 said on the app 45mins. We get there it not ready come back in 30 and we did to be told that you gave our pizza away. We waited to have them remake it again and then later told it was thrown out and not remade and it's 7pm and no one bother to tell us.
