I ordered two pizzas for delivery but only got one. The driver said he couldn't do anything, and then Pizza Hut wouldn't answer their phone. Even the next day, they still didn't answer their phone, and the one pizza we did get was trash.

Ordered using the app, paid with gift card. Total paid included tip. Before delivery received a text stating I had to pay delivery driver $7.05 cash. Telephone number for driver man who answered did not speak English.Did not have cash, did not receive order. Driver was talking to. My neighbors as I centered my house.

They take ur order and they don’t have the odasity to call if thieves an item u order and send u want they want not knw how u going to feel and they don’t refund but want to give store credit plus the pizza and pasta was so gross. Spent 50 dlls for what looked like throw up nasty never ever again will order from this location manerger was very rude when I spoke to him telling good night have a nice night so awful I’ll stay with dominos 100❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️deliver was great but this location was awful

Ordered for pick up. Orderd pizza Asked for extra well done, got home was practically raw. Bread sticks were great though. Pizza sauce/marinara sauce was way too sweet. This location is going downhill can't even walk inside to pick up order have to get it from a lil sliding hole in the glass..

Ordered from here a total of 3 times. Every time they got my order wrong. Their pizza is mostly crust and all 3 times forgot to put cheese on a PIZZA. Most incompetent group of employees around the 5pm shift. It's an embarrassment and reflects the managers and owner sooo much. I don't understand how they allow such low standards. Say alot about them personally

I ordered 4 pizzas, wings and a soda. When they delivered my food they forgot the soda. The man said he was going to get it and never showed up with the soda. I called and they offered a credit which I'll NEVER use and told me I have to pick up my money if I wanted a refund. Sucks! I really hate spending money on these services but sometimes have no other choice.
