Pizza was burnt and my supreme did not have all the fixings. Very dissatisfied with my order won't be ordering from here again. 11/17/24 @4:30p Worst experience. I called to make a complaint and asked for the managers name she would not give it to me and hung up on me very unprofessional and rude on this womans part. I will never again order from this restaurant. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

We came to order a pizza at 12:15 a.m., and the employees told us we couldn't order, even though they closed at 1 am, we didn't get to the car when they went outside to smoke for 10 minutes or more.

Was not given the correct crust for my pizzas, but food was at least hit. Did not have the time or energy to deal with replacing the pizza so we just ate it. Had to wait to even be served as they are understaffed, thankfully I had ordered online.

The food came out hot but when I asked for extra parm for the pizza was told they didn't have any packets so asked if they could put some on both pizzas from the back, they did the wrong seasoning on the one and nothing on the other which I was greatful they only did the one with the wrong type. Totally ruined the one, I didn't want to complain cause when I originally walked in to the store they were having an argument with another customer, not sure what was going on, who was right or wrong but I did not want to argue with the girls behind the counter. I just won't go to this store anymore. Other than that, it was ok, I guess.

Walked in to get my pizza and noticed the walls were all dirty and the floor needed to be mopped so that was already a bad sign. Went home to enjoy my pizza and found a long blonde hair when I took my first bite super disgusting never ordering anything from Pizza Hut ever again.

Terrible service, I placed my order, they told me that I could pick it up within 15 to 20 minutes and when I went they told me that there was no order, the person who served me treated me very badly, it was annoying, I do not recommend that place

I ordered a large Pepperoni Lovers pizza, and I received a large cheese pizza. When I called to let them know, the lady laughed and said I ordered with NO Pepperoni, which doesn't say on my order. She didn't offer any kind of assistance what so ever. Just that it was my fault, which again my order says otherwise! Now I know why the other reviews say don't order here.
