The food is always hot and delicious when it's finally done. My only complaint is that no matter what time of the day it is or what day of the week it is, your order will NEVER be done when they say it will be. Especially carryout orders!!! However, although your order will almost always be late, when it is finally ready for pickup it will always be hot and fresh!!
Was not given the correct crust for my pizzas, but food was at least hit. Did not have the time or energy to deal with replacing the pizza so we just ate it. Had to wait to even be served as they are understaffed, thankfully I had ordered online.
The food came out hot but when I asked for extra parm for the pizza was told they didn't have any packets so asked if they could put some on both pizzas from the back, they did the wrong seasoning on the one and nothing on the other which I was greatful they only did the one with the wrong type. Totally ruined the one, I didn't want to complain cause when I originally walked in to the store they were having an argument with another customer, not sure what was going...
