Waited over an hour on a 30 min wait time for delivery. App said it was delivered but I never got anything. Called the store and the guy said it happens all the time with door dash and that They steal it or they get lazy and just drop it at other apartments. Dude on the phone sounded fed up with them also. He was super cool but my pregnant wife.. not so happy haha...door dashers are garbage.

Never went in, simply called, but they NEVER answer the phone. Makes me think the restaurant is closed down, vehicles in the parking lot though. So confusing and close to impossible to talk with someone.

We got 4 of the $2 personal pan pizza deal and when we got home to eat it. All 4 pizzas were very thick and still doughy. We ended up throwing away the pizzas. I know they were on a special sale but come on Pizza Hut do better. Plus we've gotten personal pan pizzas from there before and they were good but this time..... not at all.
Under cooked and the bread sticks was like eating a salt shaker. I wont be coming back. I the driver was the only good thing. If I wasn't so beat from work I would have had them re do the order. They email me about fixing this almost 2 weeks ago and still NOTHING !

Ordered a pizza, waited over an hour, got a delivery email with no pizza delivery. When I called the store the employee seemed to know there had been a problem with my order, I was told the doordash driver stole it, and doordash wasn't replacing the order so I wouldn't be getting my pizza. What a disappointing waste of time, I wish I had been contacted sooner about the issue instead of having to call them at 11pm to ask where my food is. Loved eating air for dinner last night.
