Ordered a pizza, waited over an hour, got a delivery email with no pizza delivery. When I called the store the employee seemed to know there had been a problem with my order, I was told the doordash driver stole it, and doordash wasn't replacing the order so I wouldn't be getting my pizza. What a disappointing waste of time, I wish I had been contacted sooner about the issue instead of having to call them at 11pm to ask where my food is. Loved eating air for dinner last night.

This isn't on the employees of the store at all. It's the lack of employees. No drivers available so they had to go through Doordash which they have no way to track the drivers. Took over an hour and a half to find out that my food was never coming. Luckily I was able to get a refund just unfortunate that our dinner was ruined by the lack of communication. Ownership should be embarrassed.

I’ve had a couple of recent issues with missing drinks in my orders from Pizza Hut. Both times, the staff was very polite and respectful when I brought it up. They quickly resolved the issue and even offered me a free drink as compensation for the mistake. While I appreciate their excellent customer service, I hope they can improve their attention to order accuracy moving forward.
I was shocked to find out they sell pizza .. next time I'll read the name closer

Great tasting Pizza, Place has plenty of lighting, plenty of parking, clean, tidy property, only thing wrong was, Counter person (older male, maybe in his 40s) didn't seem friendly, couldn't find My pickup order,even though I gave him My name, looked confused, ended up serving the guy behind Me, instead of looking for My order.
