I’ve had a couple of recent issues with missing drinks in my orders from Pizza Hut. Both times, the staff was very polite and respectful when I brought it up. They quickly resolved the issue and even offered me a free drink as compensation for the mistake. While I appreciate their excellent customer service, I hope they can improve their attention to order accuracy moving forward.
You have a female employee , white, blonde and a grotesque face full of metal piercings. She should not be serving the public in my opinion. It truly is distracting and disgusting
Great tasting Pizza, Place has plenty of lighting, plenty of parking, clean, tidy property, only thing wrong was, Counter person (older male, maybe in his 40s) didn't seem friendly, couldn't find My pickup order,even though I gave him My name, looked confused, ended up serving the guy behind Me, instead of looking for My order. Eventually, he found my pizza, after I was the only one left to serve, Go figure?
