Went here for the special personal pan pizzas, but they said they were sold out of them at 3 pm. Isn’t it the same things you make a regular pizza with just smaller? I don’t understand how they could be out. Ended up going to 99th Ave., Pizza Hut in Avondale and I’m so glad I did. I’ll start ordering through them. The personal Pan came in a pan. The ones In Laveen were just thrown in a large box no pizza pan when we ordered the week before. Avondale looks way better. Laveens look tiny and dry. The service in Avondale was so nice. One place is better than the other. I tend to go to the better place so even though it’s a 10 minutes out of my way, it’ll be worth it. Their pizzas look better. Their service is better. I wish someone could explain to me why I give them a tip? I’m a sucker and did tip when I’m the one who did the online ordering and drove over to pick it up. Do they make server wages now? a few years ago the same thing would happen, but they didn’t have a tip option. I’m just confused. Is that why there’s a tip option now to go pick it up ?

Super rude employees, who apparently don’t understand how the online ordering works swore they didn’t have the order under the correct name give them the phone number suddenly they find it under the correct name as well when I originally asked if I could just give them the order number they tell me no that they need the name and the phone number which why give an order number then the sauce is runny and watery as well. Definitely go to a different pizza place.

I had the pleasure of meeting the manager and having a genuine conversation one that seems to be lost now and days. I appreciated that so much, this has always been our favorite location just for the food quality and service but now it's more than that. It's a place we're connections are made and friendships can form. This location feels like home.
