Went here for the special personal pan pizzas, but they said they were sold out of them at 3 pm. Isn’t it the same things you make a regular pizza with just smaller? I don’t understand how they could be out. Ended up going to 99th Ave., Pizza Hut in Avondale and I’m so glad I did. I’ll start ordering through them. The personal Pan came in a pan. The ones In Laveen were just thrown in a large box no pizza pan when we ordered the week before. Avondale looks way better. Laveens look tiny and dry. The service in Avondale was so nice. One place is better than the other. I tend to go to the better place so even though it’s a 10 minutes out of my way, it’ll be worth it. Their pizzas look better. Their service is better. I wish someone could explain to me why I give them a tip? I’m a sucker and did tip when I’m the one who did the online ordering and drove over to pick it up. Do they make server wages now? a few years ago the same thing would happen, but they didn’t have a tip option. I’m just confused. Is that why there’s a tip option now to go pick it up ?

Super rude employees, who apparently don’t understand how the online ordering works swore they didn’t have the order under the correct name give them the phone number suddenly they find it under the correct name as well when I originally asked if I could just give them the order number they tell me no that they need the name and the phone number which why give an order number then the sauce is runny and watery as well. Definitely go to a different pizza place.

I had the pleasure of meeting the manager and having a genuine conversation one that seems to be lost now and days. I appreciated that so much, this has always been our favorite location just for the food quality and service but now it's more than that. It's a place we're connections are made and friendships can form. This location feels like home.

Bruh, im not one to leave reviews, but I got there an an employee took foreeeever counting the register before attending me, NEXT, I GOT CHARGED 4 DOLLARS FOR STUFFED CRUST AND ONE OF MY PIZZA DIDNT EVEN HAVE STUFFED CRUST. I don’t think im doing this location anymore.

Against my better judgment I ordered delivery from here because my kids wanted stuffed crust. They used door dash to deliver and didn’t send the $11 order of wings. You can’t actually get ahold of anyone working at the store. It rings until you get disconnected and if you use any other option you get connected to a call center in another country. The customer services offered are all to another place and no direct help from someone local. It’s not any cheaper than Borros which is right next door. Do yourself a favor and order from there.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and they sent a doordrash driver again. I’m finding out they don’t give any of the tips to the DoorDash drivers. If you order deliver have cash ready!!!
I feel terrible my driver didn’t speak English and didn’t have cash app or zelle for me to tip him directly instead.

Unfortunately my delivery order never arrived. I tried calling the store and the driver to give them directions but they never tried to reach me or answered. I went to the store to let them know to cancel my order since it would no longer be fresh. I asked Bill to put my money back on my card and refused saying he has to do it tonight. I’ll check back tomorrow. But I will NOT be ordering from any Pizza Hut. As they make it hard to get ahold of anyone when there is a problem with your order.

When my order was delivered to me . The driver never knocked on the door. He left my order on the ground outside in front of my door. When we finally noticed it on the ground everything was cold and the delivery driver was never seen. That was a very bad idea. And I will never order from there again.
