If I had the option to leave a review of ZERO stars, I would have preferred that option. We placed a web order this evening, received a confirmation number and an expected delivery time and settled in waiting for our food. 20 minutes AFTER said delivery time I called the store to ask for an update. I'm a friendly, upbeat person - I wasn't rude.
