They screwed up our order and made 3 pan pizzas and a melt instead of ONE pan pizza, a melt, and chicken wings. When I called about it, the guy answered the phone, "hello?" So, after confirming it was, in fact, Pizza Hut I was calling, I asked to speak to the manager. The supposed manager, Sarah, comes to the phone and I tell her what happened, but she says, "take it up with Uber" and this chick just hangs up on me! I can not believe it!

Accidentally did a double order. Manager said he would credit my CC and never did. So I ended up paying for a double order and only received one order. Will find another place to order pizza.

Restaurant lost order. App said order was ready but on arrival, restaurant initially couldn’t find order. Had to wait about 20 minutes for order to be made. Restaurant was dirty and employees not wearing gloves touching both cooked and uncooked with hands. Employee stormed out while waiting and manager heard telling that employee that they were “a lousy worker anyway”. Once food was received, found that one of the pizzas had the wrong ingredients and was given someone else’s order of fries. Manager apologized for issues and said that he would comp the order but charge still posted to my account. Overall terrible experience. Will not be returning to Pizza Hut anytime soon.

Where do I start. I cannot even tell you how the food is yet as the mere ordering is a nightmare. Ordered online for pick up at 430pm. Once paid they started making the order. Tried to call store to correct it, got some out of country sounding call center. Three separate times the call center transferred me to the store which disconnected. Here’s the thing Pizza Hut, youre losing my business if you are so lazy that you can’t pick up a phone at your business establishment. The store call forwarded to the call center hence why I was disconnected 3 times. You’re making my food, and the order is wrong-I need to talk to you and can’t? Dealbreaker!!!!

Craving some thick pan pizza, the only kind of crust you can get exclusively from Pizza Hut. Ordered my custom pie: half pineapples onions, the other half cheese and onions. Ordered the yummy cheese sticks as well. Picked it up and it was still piping hot when I drove 15 minutes back home. Great customer service and that large pizza didn’t last 10 minutes after I came home. Sorry no photos unless you don’t mind seeing the empty pizza box.

How in the hell did America get so lazy that we need call centers to answer for a pizza order. The call center is Either in the Middle East or the Philippines. And every time they try to transfer you to the store they hang up on you. I've called 10 × 2day. All I wanted to do was make my pizza later than I was supposed to be. That's it, and all I get was oh sorry that I cannot help you.

The pizza was superb! Great service and service was very efficient. Food was very tasty, hot & fresh! I received a free pizza that was an app exclusive & it was delicious!
