Love this pizza hut they put customers first we order here aleast once a month and me and my family have probably had everything on the menu john was great when the app messed up our pizza again love this place

Normally, i like their pizza and delivery but today the website said couldn't deliver to my address but it's right by my house and I order there all the time. then I called and the guy on the phone couldn't see the same deals i could see on their website... that i order all the time and instead of helping me get what I want, he wanted to give me the number to someone who manages their website.
One large pizza - half pepperoni and half veggie - and one 20 oz soda cost us $29. On what planet is that acceptable? The menu is not posted, so we had to look at the one hard copy at the counter which did not have any prices listed. There are also only two tables so we ate while listening to the staff gossip, curse, and talk about the NFL draft. A real charming experience overall!

It’s so sad , Pizza Hut use to have so much pride in their company. Now they don’t even have people answering the phone in store and only deliver though door dash which is TERRIBLE. The delivery time they “promise” should be eliminated from the site all together as they have no idea how long it will take a random person to deliver their pizza. Biggest L in history was eliminating necessary jobs within in your stores. Can’t see Pizza Hut staying a reputable pizza company for much longer honestly.

The food is decent… I ordered one week from this location however and got wings and pizza.. A ranch was included with my wings like every other place does when selling hot wings. The s last time I went in and ordered a large pepperoni and 8 boneless wings and tried to pay for a 33 dollar and some change order with a 50 dollar bill. The employee at the time, a Sarah told me they did not accept 50 dollar bills…? I can understand a 100 but to only need to give 16 dollars and some change! What’s the difference in having a stack of 20’s in the register? So I asked Sarah if she was hungry? And offered to pay 20 dollars in cash for the order. Which seemed to really offend her. She threw the wings on top of my pizza box and said do you want me to cancel the order? I said no I have a family that needs dinner, so put it in my debit card. I asked if there was ranch in with the wings which she replied hot wings don’t come with ranch….. and it would be 80 cents per ranch I wanted. I know every other restaurant serves ranch dressing with wings! So sorry you have to work at Pizza Hut Sarah! My family will not be back seeing how there’s a streets of New York right down the street! Hopefully management can resolve Sarah’s bad attitude so no other customers are driven away.

Don't do it!!!! I don't know why we keep trying with Pizza Hut. This time, the pizzas were not even cooked. How did they get it into the box it was so soggy. Big disappointment. We Tried calling 3 times & all we got was a call center, and the line was busy when they tried to forward the call. I was simply trying to call to tell them the oven is not working properly. But do they care? NO. Call Dominis instead, I guess.

They screwed up our order and made 3 pan pizzas and a melt instead of ONE pan pizza, a melt, and chicken wings. When I called about it, the guy answered the phone, "hello?" So, after confirming it was, in fact, Pizza Hut I was calling, I asked to speak to the manager. The supposed manager, Sarah, comes to the phone and I tell her what happened, but she says, "take it up with Uber" and this chick just hangs up on me! I can not believe it!

Accidentally did a double order. Manager said he would credit my CC and never did. So I ended up paying for a double order and only received one order. Will find another place to order pizza.
Restaurant lost order. App said order was ready but on arrival, restaurant initially couldn’t find order. Had to wait about 20 minutes for order to be made. Restaurant was dirty and employees not wearing gloves touching both cooked and uncooked with hands. Employee stormed out while waiting and manager heard telling that employee that they were “a lousy worker anyway”. Once food was received, found that one of the pizzas had the wrong ingredients and was given someone else’s order of fries. Manager apologized for issues and said that he would comp the order but charge still posted to my account. Overall terrible experience. Will not be returning to Pizza Hut anytime soon.
