received cold pizza 3 hours after it was supposed to be delivered. sent a complaint to the pizza hut customer service and did not receive any reply. I am not ordering pizza hut any longer. switching to Dominos pizza.
Pizza hut Singapore, can you please please go and do something to your website or app, it keeps closing down on its own. I just had an experience that i went to order self collect for tampines mart outlet, when my brother went there, there is no such order under his name. The staff mentioned no such order for self collect. I ordered through your website. Email also was not sent for confirmation but the payment transaction was successful as the bank app did mentioned it was completed....read full review
