Just overall horrible. You have to pay $3 extra just to have your pizza cooked to the right degree and golden crispy. Paid the $3 and the pizza was soggy and the marinara was just horrible and the cheese barely melted and the pizza was all white. Meaning not cooked and paid $3 for what? To have a soggy pizza. The crispy cupped pepperoni were right from a elementary school pizza actually my elementary school pizza was WAY BETTER. HONEST TO GOD TRUTH. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Ordered delivery on Oct 31. Only received half my order, called right away hoping to catch the driver. Supposed to get a refund, have called 3 different times and have contacted Corporate. Still nothing from either contact and no refund 6 weeks later.

Two hours for a dinner box and some Cinnabon??, and I marked the time and they supposedly sent it to me again and it never arrived. Only So that they can tell me things that happen, we are going to return my money. I was left without food and with a lot of anger. I will never eat pizza hut again anywhere in the world, keep my points, I was a frequent customer but then I go to dominos or barros pizza or even qt's pizzas are better and faster

The 27th Ave location looks deserted now. The employees were courteous and the food was good. But the prices have risen way too high! I’ll be going back to Barro’s…they are just as good (if not better) and are closer.

Horrible. It took an hour and 20 min to get the pizza. It was cold and unsatisfactory. I just called with my complaint and they did nothing. Told me to call back tomorrow. Pathetic pizza and service and management!!!

Apparently they charge for crushed peppers now. Nickel and diming everything including the standard parmesan cheese and red pepper packets. Insane.

This location will allow more than one delivery per driver. Which left my pizza delivery an hour late and cold. The driver lied at first but then blamed the store. I don't care. Not a good location. I love Pizza Hut Pizza. But I will never chose this location again.

I'm not that into pizza places but I've been on a pizza kick lately been getting 1 a week and here has been good only when I ordered just peperoni only. when i got other toppings such as tonight peperoni olives mushrooms and it was like they had the pizza in their warmer for 2 hour or more. wasn't fresh or good just overcooked and old. a frozen pizza for $5 would have been better than that but the peperoni with hand tossed crust has been decent/ good for the at this time $10.85 thru their app

Made an order yesterday, they canceled it and said theyd refund it bc doordash never delivered it and they never delivered it and they never refunded me. Just another theif disguised as a genuine business. The app wont let me contact them, the app doesnt give me their phone number. The amount of hoops and stuff i have to jump just to talk to someone about a pizza is absolutely insane. This isnt the pizza hut i grew up with, Little Caesars can outpizza this hut cuz least they actually deliver😂😂
