Just overall horrible. You have to pay $3 extra just to have your pizza cooked to the right degree and golden crispy. Paid the $3 and the pizza was soggy and the marinara was just horrible and the cheese barely melted and the pizza was all white. Meaning not cooked and paid $3 for what? To have a soggy pizza. The crispy cupped pepperoni were right from a elementary school pizza actually my elementary school pizza was WAY BETTER. HONEST TO GOD TRUTH. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
Ordered delivery on Oct 31. Only received half my order, called right away hoping to catch the driver. Supposed to get a refund, have called 3 different times and have contacted Corporate. Still nothing from either contact and no refund 6 weeks later.

Two hours for a dinner box and some Cinnabon??, and I marked the time and they supposedly sent it to me again and it never arrived. Only So that they can tell me things that happen, we are going to return my money. I was left without food and with a lot of anger. I will never eat pizza hut again anywhere in the world, keep my points, I was a frequent customer but then I go to dominos or barros pizza or even qt's pizzas are better and faster

The 27th Ave location looks deserted now. The employees were courteous and the food was good. But the prices have risen way too high! I’ll be going back to Barro’s…they are just as good (if not better) and are closer.

Horrible. It took an hour and 20 min to get the pizza. It was cold and unsatisfactory. I just called with my complaint and they did nothing. Told me to call back tomorrow. Pathetic pizza and service and management!!!

Apparently they charge for crushed peppers now. Nickel and diming everything including the standard parmesan cheese and red pepper packets. Insane.
