received cold pizza 3 hours after it was supposed to be delivered. sent a complaint to the pizza hut customer service and did not receive any reply. I am not ordering pizza hut any longer. switching to Dominos pizza.

Pizza hut Singapore, can you please please go and do something to your website or app, it keeps closing down on its own. I just had an experience that i went to order self collect for tampines mart outlet, when my brother went there, there is no such order under his name. The staff mentioned no such order for self collect. I ordered through your website. Email also was not sent for confirmation but the payment transaction was successful as the bank app did mentioned it was completed. But your website keeps on loading…what is this!? How do I even get to screenshot? Ordered for self collect but when my brother go to your physical store, there is no such order for self collect under his name. Your crew ask for proof of payment. What does a customer knows what goes behind this technical error. Can you please buckle up and get the website or app work properly. You guys can do marketing very well for pizza hut singapore but when it comes to technical issue, you simply ignore it, well it looks like it now. So how to resolve this issue, Pizza hut? You guys are such a disappointment and failure. Do you even understand the frustration of not getting your pizza (food) when you look forward to collect?
