My order was missing the extra cinnabon dip @delivery and both managers there made it right. I went in to get the extra dip and the mgr went above and beyond and made me a new order of cinnabons! Thanks for being top notch with customer service!

The pizza at Pizza Hut has gone down tremendously. The last time I ordered the crust tasted terrible. So this time I said I’ll get the pan crust. It was just as terrible. Not like it used to be. It is dry and flavorless. Pizza Hut use to be the best of the best now little ceasars is better. It’s crazy.

Went in to grab a pizza tonight and in conversation was explaining about how I don't get my extra sauce. Howard the manager apologized and credited the account to fix it. He was extremely nice and explained why it sometimes happens.
I usually don’t have any issues with you guys. This time my food was never delivered. This guy from your place called me to make sure I got my order and when I told him I didn’t he told me he would make it right, and he did. My food was delivered fresh out of the kitchen Never got his name but he’s a good person that should be promoted he shows that he really does care. A huge Thank you to him! As to the delivery driver who took my food, such a disappointment to customer service.

Not sure if it's all Pizza huts or just this one, but they don't have pizza delivery guys anymore. They deliver their pizza through doordash. When my doordash we came I had to come down and there was a dog sniffing out boxes of food in the car. I have an allergy to cats and dogs and couldn't even eat my food because of it.
