No gloves. No sanitation. I called 3 times and he complained he was all alone. I drove my pizza back and a manager came out of the office threatening me her employee didn’t get the order wrong. Scared for my safety, I left. Dangerous facility.
My pizza was raw and wrong. Do not recommend.

Food is good but I just don't understand why workers are not washing hands after handling money and debit card I just witnessed the worker not wearing gloves or washing hands now he's making pizza with no gloves.And I see this often

Got the treat box with cinnamon rolls however the cinnamon rolls had no frosting!! Also pizza was overcooked and made very poorly. Do not recommend this incompetent location!

I ordered my food at 6:44pm and the projected ready time for my food was 6:59pm. I did not get my food until 7:40pm. It took me 5 minutes to get home and start eating. Both the pizza and wings were cold and I'm not talking lukewarm warm or kind of cold. I MEAN COLD!!!!! At no time did any Pizza Hut employee offer a coupon for my next order or discount my costs for the long awaited COLD food. This was the WORST experience I have ever had at any Pizza Hut, EV-ER. I will be sharing my experience online on a wide variety of sites. My future pizza orders will be at Dominos or Papa John.

We ordered $150 worth of pizza, breadsticks, & wings last night. After one hour of waiting, we attempted to call the store to get a status, but there was no answer. The food finally came one & a half hrs later. The pizza was cold. We ordered two double orders of breadsticks & received one & a half & a completely empty box. Then, none of the breadsticks even had garlic or seasoning on them. They were just bread. We tried to call the store again & no answer. So we tried multiple times to call the store today to see if we could at least get refunded for the breadsticks, but again, no one answers the phone there. This food was so expensive for the bad quality & horrible service & I can’t even get ahold of anyone to get a refund for the uneditable breadsticks & lack of.
Terrible we asked for our money back. They were Yelling at one another in the back and then took a half hour to give our money back after. And had an attitude. Don't go when there too busy because they can't handle the heat.

I ordered from here on Uber eats for $27, upon discovering Uber eats accepted the order they added something more after a driver tip. $34 was the total. I cancelled, I then argued with Uber eats people for one hour to refund my money. I cancelled within 5 mins. I was told by 5-6 people that Pizza Hut accepted the order so no refund and then I was told to drive there!!! A closed restaurant to collect my food. Why was my food not then delivered if I was never getting a refund. This is an egregious penalty and huge liability! where is the pizza??? with another customer? did they even start making it? Nobody knows. Correct this issue and don’t steal from middle America. $27 is not a proper penalty.
