Pizza order was delivered by door dash and was missing pasta item. Neither door dash nor store would pick up my calls. Called store 18 times with no answer. Corporate could barely speak English and would only forward call to store even though I told them they would not answer. Second problem in a month with this

I ordered Almost $100 worth of food last night and was charged seven times!!!!!! When I called to ask how this could happen, the “manager” DAN had no idea what to say. And when I asked how I contact somebody that can help me, he told me to go look it up myself. I quote Manager because when I asked for the manager, he hesitated, and then said he was the manager…… no dummies here. I let him know what terrible Customer Service I felt I was given, and he did not care whatsoever. He did not offer to help me or get me anything for the inconvenience. He couldn’t even give me the phone number for Customer Service. and you’re the manager.?!?!Dan You should not be working in customer service. I pray that your management sees this And fixes the problem so no one else has to be subjected to your hostility.Can u just ask why though???????☠️? what has happened to society. People are so rude but so sensitive at the same time. Don’t worry Dan I found the info myself.?? have to laugh off people like this. I’m sorry you’re clearly hurting I hope you get the help you need! I called to place an order they said they dont do heart shape on 2 locations i went to the store and placed the order they added onion and the other pepperoni pizza was so hard and burnt i called the store the employee kept me waiting and came back on the phone saying we can do nothing about it and hang up in my faceGreat manager and great service after i drove to the store 20 minutes and i pay for your salary that you hang up at least come to the phone as a manager and listen to my concern then say am sorry i cant do anything poor customer service indeed.

I ordered online for contactless pickup and my order was placed in my passenger side through the rolled down window.My order was a large order and everything was there and correct as well as piping hot and fresh!!!! I didn't have any issues with any part of the ordering process to the contactless pickup process and the food was picture perfect and very delicious!!!This Pizza Hut location is a highly quality restaurant order from ......Maybe next time I will dine inside the restaurant that way I will be able to review the inside seated accomodations and customer service.

I had a delivery issue and the General Manager, I dont remember his name, really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It was really refreshing to have a company do that for one customer. Definitely will order again soon!

I don't understand how people can complain about this place! I loved it... besides not being in the greatest of neighborhoods, I can tell you, it is VERY clean. CLEANER facility than other location I have been to. Now, the manager was extremely kind. He went over and above to make sure my order was right, which by the way was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet but you can certainly feel good about eating in this establishment. I HIGHLY recommend this Pizza Hut. I am not one to complain about how much I spend because to be honest everything went up on price, not just Pizza Hut. So don't blame the establishment, blame those in power "the gov".

I had an online order, so I didn't communicate with an actual person. The app worked perfectly.
I didn't choose "contactless delivery" but my order was left at my door without even ringing the doorbell. No idea how it was out there before I decided to check. When I opened the breadsticks box I found them VERY overcooked. But they were still better than the pizza which was burnt. This is my second order in a row with problems. Ordering from someone else in the future.
