Didn’t receive my sauces but was charged for them , food wasn’t fresh had to rebake it & when I called in about stated was unprofessional stayed the would give me 10 - or -15 dollars because dasher can’t bring sauce .

I decided to give pizza hut a chance. I ordered a large 5 topping pizza and breadsticks. While everything was hot which is good I discovered that attempting to remove a slice from the box was a challenge. The ingredients just fell off and the crust was so thin (hand tossed how??) that they couldnt hold the toppings on the pizza. Next the crust tasted of nothing. Used to be Pizza hut crust was decent. No flavor at all. The breadsticks looked wet. Pulling them apart they looked alright. Just weird. There are at least 5 neighborhood shops near by. I hate to say it but Pizza Hut is nothing I remember it as. I'll be sticking to the other guys who know how to make a pizza from here out. And no Ray's is not it either.

They don’t notify you if there is a problem. I ordered in the app and it said my food was ready. Drive to the store and they said they weren’t making any orders! Why wouldn’t they at least call and tell me… horrible service.

Let me start by saying, the pizza was great and tasty. Once we could get it. I have had many problems with this Pizza Hut and had all but given up on them. But it was BOGO free, so one more chance. My grandson stopped on his way home from work around 8:30pm. I understand that for safety reasons they have a door bell and the door must be opened from the inside by staff. My grandson called me after 10-15 minutes of waiting to state that no one was answering the door. I called and was advised by the staff person that the door bell wasn't working....so, you just let your customers stand outside ???? What is wrong with the people at this location ? It's always something

I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut since 2014 and I must say the customer service has always been great. Door Dash is difficult sometimes but the manger Keisha (not sure of that’s hope she spells it) is amazing and patient. She is a very great asset for them and making sure the customers have 0 issues with delivery. 10/10

Delivery order, only thing correct was pizza. Ordered cinnastix, got buns, ordered cheese Stix, under cooked and NO DIPPING SAUCE! Called immediately just to be told they will give a CREDIT for next time... THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME!!!!

Picked up a large with bacon and extra sause. Virtually no sause and pizza was cold and hard. Tasteless meager amount of cheese as well..... Ordered another pizza with parm garlic sauce and cupped peperoni.. Sauce was completely flavorless and there were three whole slices with zero peperonis. This place doesn't hive a shit about having repeat customers.
Store would not answer phone for issues with order and number on site would not assist.
