Ordered through their delivery system a pizza, breadsticks and a 4 pack of soda. The DoorDash driver said that he didn't get any drinks in the order and drove off. Tried calling the Pizza Hut multiple times and the call went straight to voicemail can't drive up there because I'm disabled.

I order here almost everyday and the disrespect brandy a "manager showed me is very disappointing. She called me a liar yelled at me and then told me not to call and hung up the phone and unplugged it from the wall. I can't belive yiu guys would employe and has someone in thus establishment with those kind of manners and morals. She refuse to ask her manager and did not assist me in fact ridiculed me. Please handled her so my review can go back to five starts

This place is HORRIBLE. They got my order wrong, and when I tried to call, they WILL hang up on you without even talking to you. When you call the help line, there is no help there either. All they tell you is they can transfer to the stores phone line where they, once again, hang up on you. This is also NOT the first time this is happen, we have had the same issue 3 different times with wrong orders and no compensation for it. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!
Dietary restrictions: They don't listen to it and just make it however they feel like it.

Placed an order for delivery and when it was delivered, I was missing all of my sauce. Not usually a big deal but as this was an order for a big family, there were a lot of sauces ordered. I asked the delivery guy, who was working for doordash since they fired all of their delivery guys, and he said they didn't give him any sauce.
So I call the store. The number for the store doesn't go to the store, it goes to a 'customer care center' which seems to be a call center somewhere that is not here. But the person there tells me that I need to talk to the manager in the store and they transfer me. Phone rings a couple times and goes to a busy signal then disconnects. Weird.
So I call back, go through the same routine with another agent and tell them the call to the store was disconnected. At this point I'm very upset. The agent tells me that he can put me through to corporate so I can leave a complaint. I don't think that's actually gonna do anything but sure. He transfers me. The line for corporate rings a couple times before going to a busy signal and then disconnecting.
At this point I'm pissed. I get through to another agent and tell him everything that happened, along with being disconnected several times. He tells me that there's no other options to help me and that the only thing that they can do is to transfer me to either the store or to corporate. I tell him that is not ok because both of those numbers go nowhere. He tells me that he's sure they're just busy so I should 'just not worry about it. Don't worry about your missing items or refund. Its ok. Just call the store in the morning when they aren't busy.'
This is ridiculous. I don't want to be 'that person' over some sauce but it was over $20 in sauce for a large family. I just wanted either it to be redelivered or just have that money refunded to my card. Instead I got the run around while Pizza Hut STOLE FROM ME! This is not ok. They used to have ok customer service but ever since they switched over to using doordash and the call centers, there is no way to get any help. I guess that's what Pizza Hut wants. They really don't seem to care about the customer.

I ordered a meat lovers it ONLY has HUGE LONG CHUNKS OF HAM. Some pepperoni and uncooked sausage. IT'S MISSING ALL THE OTHER MEATS THAT WERE LISTED AS WELL. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Workers seemed like they didn't want to be there as well. Probably why it turned out so poorly. 0/10 I usually don't complain about food even when it's not up to par BUT this is terrible!!! waste of money!!

I signed into my account and ordered not realizing for some reason it didn't put my Address like it usually does so it had the pick up and drop off at the same Pizza Hut store on Bethany home Rd the delivery guy only spoke Spanish and still dropped my order off so I still got charged and before that I called the store on Bethany home to correct it and they told me that they didn't even have an order under my number and I couldn't sign back in for some reason in the website it just kelt saying sorry something went wrong something definitely went wrong here such bs and I wasted my reward points this is bs

My pizzas were like they were no crust was nasty toppings, cheesy bread was like bread sticks I tried call got buzy signal , i emailed nothing no response worse ever I put 1 star because would not let me go forward otherwise, worse 66.01 I spent including tip never again was my first an last time they could have at least refunded location was off Bethany Albertsons Friday 6 dollar pizza is best
