Pizza crust was extremely thin like cardboard cold no chicken no sauce with a bunch of banana peppers worst buffalo chicken pizza I’ve eaten .Plus they had me waiting for it as if it was going to be fresh and hot .Exactly why people are loosing interest in fast food I never eat out I’ll stick to making homemade food and if I have the taste buds for some pizza definitely make homemade next time around .Thank you to save us customers money will not be returning thanks for wasting peoples time and money you all are doing a spectacular job of ensuring customers are satisfied 👍🏽🤓😒

Worst service my pizzas were 11 minutes late and cold and when I got home my wings and my sauce were not there, now I have to spend gas on going back to the store to get my wings my pizza will be even colder.

I placed an order over the phone. I get to the store and check my food prior to leaving and my order is wrong. They gave me the wrong wings and they didn’t give me my regular order of fries. I informed the gentleman up front and he read the order back to me. I kindly informed him that the order he read was incorrect and he said “well we didn’t take the order in store so we can’t fix it and you have to call the number back that you called to place the order”. “I asked well how is that supposed to help me?” He just said there is nothing he could do. I get back home and call the number (which is the actual stores number but I guess it routes to a call center if the store doesn’t answer). The call center answers again and says “ I’m sorry for your troubles, I will have to route you to the store, we just take the orders”. Of course she transfers me and no one answers. It’s upsetting that I had to pay for the wrong order and then no one is willing to take responsibility for the mistake. I feel disillusioned by the treatment I received, and this experience has left me hesitant to return to this establishment in the future.
The pizza I ordered didn't have the items I ordered. Customer service failed to rectify the issue. Likely won't return unless they do something to make it right.

This place stole money using door dash and makes you have to purchase AGAIN your order. They also blame DoorDash saying we confirmed it even tho we didn’t get it. I recommend domino down the road they even delivery themselves on bikes. Little cesier is right around there too always on point too

Ordered food to be picked up at 12:00 AM and I went up to the door to find my order had been cancelled for no reason. One of the employees was confused since I showed him the proof that I had ordered and that it was ready. Turned out someone didn't want to do her job for the last hour and cancelled every order set for 12:00 AM and so on.

We are on vacation and ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel room. Our order was almost an hour late and it was the wrong order. Tried to call the number listed for that store but you can't actually get through to the store so you can talk to an actual employee.
