Ordered food to be picked up at 12:00 AM and I went up to the door to find my order had been cancelled for no reason. One of the employees was confused since I showed him the proof that I had ordered and that it was ready. Turned out someone didn't want to do her job for the last hour and cancelled every order set for 12:00 AM and so on.

We are on vacation and ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel room. Our order was almost an hour late and it was the wrong order. Tried to call the number listed for that store but you can't actually get through to the store so you can talk to an actual employee.

Kinda bummed that you can’t even have a pizza delivered correctly anymore. I ordered 2 pizzas, pay the extra money to get pan pizza and get hand tossed instead, then the order was delivered by DoorDash and the dasher decided they should save some money by not getting the bag that keeps the food hot during delivery. I’m pretty over it with Pizza Hut, I’m not over paying for sub par pizza anymore.

Customer service is always on point at this location! During slow or busy time the whole team has a great attitude! Dude with the beanie and glasses is super friendly and professional. Great team work! Plus most importantly pizza is always hot, ready and exactly what I ordered.

I have ordered from Pizza Hut, in Northern California, for years. Always great. I have ordered from this location 3 times. I order extra cheese, every time. I can see the dough, which also has no sauce. I thought it was just a fluck, and the employees were just not on their game, so I tried one more time. Again same thing. There Isn’t even enough cheese for a pizza without extra being paid for. Last night, I tried for the last time, and there was a piece with 1 pepperoni, and the rest of the pieces had very little. The rest of the pizzat only 2 or 3 of the toppings. I ordered a large pizza with 8 toppings, and extra cheese. You don’t get what you pay for, at this location. Very disappointed, and will never visit this location. Save yourself from this horrible pizza, and don’t try this Pizza Hut.

The location is too small to wait in the lobby but I liked the pizza we got and had no issues. I suggested going to this location. They have a wing stop next to it It's nice. Weekends it takes time but normal day or time it's quick and easy to pickup food here.
Very disappointed with our Order. The food tasted as if it was reheated and left to seat for a long time. The pizza was tough and tasted old . The boneless wings looked and tasted as if they were day old also. Very dry. This was very disappointing. Won’t be ordering again.
They use Door Dash to deliver their food now. Door Dash steals the order. This is what happens when you get rid of the Pizza Hut deliver drivers. Is you order delivery, YOU may or may not get your food. Door Dash doesn't fire the people who steal. I've followed up on this
