Hey so me and my mom ordered food tonight and when we got our food there was hair in the pizza like underneath the cheese and then dirt underneath the mushrooms when we picked the mushroom off bc it was hairy but overall the food looked old and there was hair and basically dirt in it

Called in my order for delivery at 8:44 pm July 3 and I still have not received my pizza but Pizza Hut has charged my card $34.19 lied said they delivered my food at 9:12 pm July 3 now here it is 2:45 pm July 4 and I tried calling to get the refund for my order and to no avail I have not received anything yet food or $34 back on my card I honestly was trying to feed my family dinner and I was robbed for both my food and my money... Shaking my head disappointed at the unprofessional service that I have received from the Pizza Hut location is 3220 W Baseline Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85042.

I ordered from 32nd and baseline in phx I got ten fries for 4 bucks that's such a rip off If you're going to make me pay 4 bucks for fries i should be getting a decent amount I literally counted my fries I've noticed if I want more I have to buy two or three orders and that's not cheap pizza hut should work better on that such a shame waste of 4 dollars

It been a good place to get our pizza from most of times. Sometimes we ask for extract toppings and they do not add them an still charge. Most of the time it happens with a guy who's name start with a N. We know people can forget things but not when a good customer is paying for the pizza an the extras. Thanks

People physically at the store are awesome. Tried to call in an order and the operator tried telling me how my pizza was going to be made instead of me telling her how I want it made. Went to the location physically and explained how I’d like it made. People at the store made it without issues, without questions, and without dictation. Happy to have the pizza I wanted, and not the one the operator tried to make.
