We ordered a med pepperoni, sausage & bell pepper pizza, bread sticks, sauce & a soda. We got a med pizza with a few pepperoni, a few sausage & jalapeños! Which im allergic to. It had more jalapeños than anything! So I couldn't eat it. I tried to call the store but they wouldn't answer & it finally just went to a busy signal. Not very professional. What a waste of $25.48. So skip the pizza hut on e baseline, ANY other one would be better. Actually, Domino's has better pizza, go there.

Placed an online order. Didn’t get an email confirmation when normally I do. Called the store 3 times. No answer. Went to go pick up even though I wasn’t sure if my order was even confirmed. Order was ready, but the pizza was not cooked thoroughly and so much toppings it was falling apart…Why is it too hard to find a decent Pizza Hut?!?!

I love this location. I live directly across the street from a Pizza Hut, but I will drive 20 mins to this location because the food is always fresh and hot! Not to mention the crew/staff are always polite.

For several years had no pizza hut delivery in my neighborhood. New location allowed delivery and so disappointing. I ordered a large regular crust with light cheese, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes. Maybe 1 tbsp of sauce on the whole pizza, minimal toppings. Basically an incredibly expensive serving of pizza crust. Im done with Pizza Hut. Everything is so expensive and Robert Reich, Nobel-prize winning economist says most of the "inflation" is simply price gouging by big corporations and their overpaid executives. Recommend following Mr Reich on Instagram.

I wish there was zero Stars very Disappointed with this location I have never gotten this worst of a service From Pizza Hut. Tonight once again they screwed up a simple order via Door dash. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I decided to order food through them after they messed up the first time and I had to go to the store myself and complain to the manager about why can't they get an order right??? It's literally on the Receipt!!!! They gave me a credit and a free soda and treat... fast forward to tonight, they did the exact same thing AGAIN!!!! Like what's the problem!? It's a pizza, breadsticks and an order of Cinnabon treats?why is that hard to get correct. I just don't get it!!!! So I think this I'll be the last time I order from threre. Cause it's very obvious they have no brains whatsoever to read a screen with a simple order. Like how do you have a job???
Bro this company has lost its mind. Prices at this location are absolutely insane, and they don’t even have the same deals as a Pizza Hut a few miles away. I was initially excited at having pizza within walking distance but I think I’ll stick to the frozen section at the grocery store.

This is my second order at this location that is only a few minutes from my house. I order and pay for extra cheese and it does not seem that extra cheese is being added. The middle of the pizza at the end of the slices are just dough.Also, when I went in to get my order I saw one of the workers come from an unseen side of the store to go to the area to make a pizza, but he was not wearing gloves while making the pizza. Are gloves not a requirement at Pizza Hut?
