There is a manager here named brandy who slammed the door in my face after telling her my order was wrong and needed to be remade . I also had called way before I even arrived and they had told me they were remaking my order . I arrived and She then tried to tell me I only ordered one pizza when it clearly shows on my receipt I ordered wings as well . She then decided to slam the door in my face as I was explaining my situation to her and told me “ I don’t need to see your pictures” as she slammed the door in my face .
I will be reporting this brandy lady to the BBB as well because this is completely unprofessional

I would give this a complete zero after the experience I had today. I will start by saying DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY UNLESS YOURE AWARE ITS THROUGH DOORDASH. If I would’ve known I would’ve just ordered from a completely different place. I am a single mom just wanting to order pizza for my kids without going anywhere due to how hot it is. I specifically put in the notes to “bring change and sauce” I will provide screenshots. Due to the manager saying “I get counterfeit money a lot and it comes out of my pocket” if that is going to be your excuse maybe teach your team the difference or use the marker like everyone else. After this the driver which is through DoorDash almost dropped my food and only came with $4 worth of change. I’m not giving you a solid $40 when you can’t deliver my food correctly. I tried calling through DoorDash and it goes straight to the Pizza Hut number. On top of this my wings weren’t fully coated😂 after trying to get everything situated in the beginning Hopefully the next time I call I have my credit, it didn’t sound like the manager was going to give it to me
Horrible establishment. The doors are locked. You must wait in the AZ heat at a locked door, for food you already paid for. You ring the belland the attendant finally comes up front only to serve you out of a slot like your in prison. Just a horrible experience.

We ordered for delivery on 4-11-2025 at around 7:50pm.the food was good took a little longer then expected but was okay they delivery with door dash due to having no delivery drivers right now. When we got the order we were missing some stuff from our order when we tryed calling and hit the button for having an issue there was no answer we tryed for 10 mins so my fiancé just went up there to get it corrected and he said the lady handing the food to the dashers had a huge attitude and say they were busy but the phone was right next to her as she standing there handing the door dash orders to be delivered.
