Just an awful experience. Food was never delivered, phone calls to the "local store" just route to a central pizza hut robo helper. Robo helper eventually claims to be sending you to the local store only to leave you with dead air, multiple times. Tried online service, who asked 1000 details only to then tell me my only help was to call the local number. This is the same number that takes me to a robo helper that routes me to dead air. 2 hours of hassle and 0 pizzas. Avoid this store and the whole franchise. Its. Terrible.

The worst experience I have had with this pizzeria, I called and placed my order, everything was fine. I was waiting for it with hunger, myself and my family, and it turns out that they called me and told me that they canceled my order without giving me any explanation. This pizzeria lacks human quality. I called and They sent me to wait on the line and did not answer me. On the contrary, they hung up on me and without telling me anything else, a completely bad deficient service.

Do not order here! I placed a pickup order online at this Pizza Hut and they did not make more order correctly. I had placed the order for a pizza with cupped pepperonis, jalapenos, and sausage. Unfortunately my pizza had regular pepperonis and no jalapeños at all, however I was still charged for the toppings. Also, when I went to pick up my order, the wait was about 15 minutes even though my order had already notified me that it was ready for pickup. This Pizza Hut does not allowed customers inside after a certain time, so we were waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes to pick up our pizza that had the wrong toppings. I won’t be ordering here again.

Had to pay and pickup my order through a half window, when there are two entrance doors and a counter inside. Pizza at this location was just average. I was there on time to pick up my order and the Tavern Pizza I ordered, looked like it had been sitting there. The cheese didn't have that melt look appeal. More like a dry look when a pizza has been out for a while. The other pizza was just ok, the boneless wings were better, but just a little. I will not buy from this location again. From now on, the Dominos across the street gets my business. You can actually go inside the building and not get the feeling you're doing business behind a fortress, as this Pizza Hut location.

I had issues ordering on the app today. I got to the store and they couldn’t find my order. The manager, Carrie, went above and beyond to resolve things for me. Great customer service!

I just found out that I’m moving and I turned to my roommate and said “I just realized we won’t live next to the friendliest and most efficient pizza hut in the world anymore.” The staff is always so nice and so quick!
