Do delivery drivers hold your food hostage and tell you where to tip after u sign? To be clear I had cash in my pocket which I was gonna give him after I got my food (I still gave him the money even after he made me uncomfortable) very very scary experience. He was this short old white guy. Not sure I’ll be ever ordering again.

I never received my order! I ordered at 5pm. Delivery ETA was 5:56pm. It's currently 6:56pm. I am cancelling my order as I type this review. Just noticed on the delivery tracker there is no option to cancel order. (Possibly due to cash on delivery. But if the delivery man shows ups it's an unfortunate wsste of their time, gas, and tip opportunity.) I attempted to contact the store and the phone beeps. I called the company and they transferred me to this store with the same beeping number. Highly disappointed.

Very shady for the delivery guy to call and say he has 3 other deliveries in the area, then tell me his phone is acting up and if the order says my food has been delivered to please disregard it. 2 minutes late the app says my food is delivered. It's been 20 mins since he called, and over an hour since I placed my order.
Well I never got the pizza and was charged. Apparently some door dash deliever stated he knocked and no one was home (lie) and took it home with them. I asked to call upon arrival which never happened. I then tried to call the store which never answered after ringing (tried 7 times). Top this all off I tried to tell chat customer service this and was told it would be sent to upper management and they could do nothing more...This was 36th St/Thomas location.

Food is good, I pick up doordash orders from here pretty often. The pizza is almost always ready, super hot, and smells/tastes amazing! Staff are all very nice.
Parking: Decent parking lot, I've never had issues and I pick up orders for doordash all the time.
