My order was 20 minutes late. I placed my order online paid in advance. They didn’t start making my order until after it was supposed to be done. My pizza was also burnt if the manager is not there, the kids do whatever

I ordered dinner for my family of 7 on pizzapatron.com at 6:21pm They prepared my order and was ready for delivery at 6:37pm and gave out my order to someone else instead of handing it to my Doordasher. Pizza Patron mistake. At 701 I noticed My doordasher was still in the store even though the tracking from pizza patron said it had been picked up already. I called and spoke to my dasher, she said she was being told by the workers in the store that the order has already been picked up and it was not their problem. they told my dasher to have me call door dash for a refund. I did not order through doordash as I mentioned. I paid pizza patron directly. After a long call with doordash, it turns out Pizza Patron does have my payment information and they would have to issue a refund. When I called the store back to ask when I can get my refund they told me Door dash was the issue not them. The manager could not speak to me because she supposedly does not speak english. The kid that answered the phone told me that if i needed a refund I would have to go into the store to show them the card I purchased with. He said that was the only way. Otherwise, there was no other way for a refund to be processed. I dont own a vehicle. How am I supposed to do that? Take the bus for 1.5 hrs with all of my kids to get a refund?? Unprofessional! Never again will i order from here. I am a single mom of 7! One nights treat dinner turned into a mess all because these kids that work there gave my food to someone else. Shame

Amazing service Friday afternoon! The guy in charge was very thorough with helping me and getting my order out in a timely manner. I love this place and will always pick this place for a quick food fix for my family.

Ordered my pizza and was told it will be ready in 10 minutes. I wanted for 20 minutes when the the guy who took my order asked me what I was talking​l waiting for. 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting

Placed in order had to call 3 times first time the guy picked up the ordered and didn’t respond
2nd time I called had an attitude. Didn’t give me the total and hung up. 3rd time I called and let the young kid know he hung up before even giving me the total amount and review my order. Poor service. If this kid doesn’t like his job he shouldn’t be working there.

First time having Pizza Patron and can honestly say the pizza was Hella Good!! Had a minor issue with a missing ingredient, but the manager and the attendants fixed it with their courtesy. Thank you!

I’ve been absolutely impressed with the turnaround of this location! It’s one of my kids’ favorite pizza places but it used to be very dirty and the overall service was so poor, I hated coming here. But whoever you’ve recently brought on to manage this store has done a terrific job and was absolutely phenomenal! 1000% will be back!

The wings really need improvement! It’s fatty more than usual and everytime I get it no changes made. Also the wings can be cooked a little longer.

We usually love pizza patron, but whoever is making the pizza right now, you're not cooking it long enough. The crust would not hold all the toppings because of the crust. Plus, all the toppings should be on the pizza, not added after, like pineapple. We were so disappointed ☹️

I love pizza patron! Their pizza is super customizable, and the toppings are delicious and fresh. I really like the wings too!!

Came in at 6 o’clock. They close at 10. Drove 15 minutes to get some pizza cause I really like this place and the girl told me they are not taking any orders at this time but they’re clearly making pizzas in the back it was not busy. Why have your open sign on then write on your website saying you’re not serving
