I have ordered pizza in this place a lot of times and ever single time they get my order wrong I has happened so many times

Ordered three pizzas and two of them the dough is still raw! I was told it’s because they have new hires but I wish they would be more careful to check the food if they know mistakes could be possible especially a big one that could potentially get someone really sick :( wanted a refund for one because it ruined my appetite but I guess they don’t have a manager in store and it’s just new hires? Weird way to run a business and it’s someone who is manager certified in food safety I know their not doing thing properly while I’m watching them and I can count plenty of violations while dealing with this location today… very disappointed as I usually order from Pizza Patron once every couple of months. Lady was nice enough to take the time to remake them 🤷‍♂️

Yo, lemme put y’all on real quick — I slid through Pizza Patrón on 36th & Van Buren, and man, it was fire!
Right when I walked in, Nayda at the front had that big smile, real firme energy — like, she ain’t just working, she’s reppin’ the spot with pride. Mad props to her!

Service? On point.
Food? Smackin’.
Vibe? Straight chill.

I ordered my pie and boom — came out hot and quick, no laggin’ around. That crust had the crispy on the edge, fluffy in the middle type feel — and the toppings? Stacked up like a lowrider in a car show.

But frfr… Nayda was the real MVP. She made sure everything was right, double-checked my order, and even threw in that good vibe like we knew each other from the block or somethin’. That’s customer service with corazón.

If you’re in Phoenix and sleepin’ on this spot, WAKE UP.
Pull up, grab a slice, and if Nayda’s workin’, tell her she’s doin’ it RIGHT.

had an amazing experience at pizza patron The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth! Best of shout out to Lucy!

My first and last time coming here. My boyfriend and I Waited an extra 40 mins for our food to be ready. We were patient enough to wait. Yet the cook was able to remember to cut someone else pizza then instead of ours! That’s ridiculous, we were nice & friendly to staff but for us to come back home home after we waited for 1 hour for a pizza to be made that was placed online and for it not to be ready on time. We also ordered extra ranch that we paid for that was never given to us. So we had go back to to pick it up ourselves!

The service and food are acceptable. The only thing that didn't look healthy was seeing the employee who served me grab the bills with the gloves he continued to use after receiving the payment. I didn't use new gloves, he continued grabbing and cutting the pizzas.

Was great until the single staffed employee dropped my already baked pizza on the floor. I wasn't even offered anything such as a drink for the delay of having to make me a new one, but I think if there were at least one other employee to help out, this wouldn't have been too bad, but they're too cheap to put on more staff.

Terrible, very slow service, they tell you in 10 minutes and sometimes they delay until they forget your order. You order cheese pizza and it comes with an onion flavor. The place was dirty and the manager does not have the best attitude when you complain about a pizza
